Ordered 2 sausage burritos 2 mcmuffins and a hashbrown, had to ask for the hashbrown at the pickup windo because they forgot it, they forgot my second burrito entirely, 2 young kids working that clearly dont have the common sense to pay attention

Ordered 50 bucks in food two double quarter pounder deluxe meals not the double quarter pounder grease pit meals, that was not a deluxe it was a regular double quarter pounder with so much grease the box is mooshi and the fries were stale and like warm definitely old because they were in a hurry to close the lobby I guess.. a girl employee talking super loud cussing witch didnt really bug us but also saying something about eww hair on something and she wasn't doing it, it's dirty.. I don't have an option g so show pics here but I have proof of the food messed up.!! Not cool ..

The mcdonald's on hunt Hwy near Safeway is pretty efficient. They tend to get a lot of new staff, like most mcdonald's, but managed pretty well. I always use the mcdonald's app. Sometimes they forget items or give me ones of poor quality. Pain to get a refund for them.
Amazing food love the free fudge in the restroom, and a complementary glass of lemonade as well 😀 10/10 would go again.

Update, I've been coming to this McDonald's for a long time and I ALWAYS order the same thing, when I last left a review which was 5 star things were great but that was several years ago. I'm not sure what happened but for over 2 years when I order my usual they've only gotten it right 1 or 2 times. I was shocked when I went in about a month ago and my order was done correctly.
I met the owner/big boss awhile back and he was super nice and very accommodating. Seemed like a gentleman who really valued customer service. I know he'd be disappointed to hear about this but I think it's necessary since it has continued for such a long time. The strangest part of it is that today the store manager came to the drive through area and looked and saw who I was and she is always there when they make this mistake. I'm trying not to take it personal but just a really strange thing for this to have happened. They are always willing to fix the order but let's be real, it would be easier for everyone if they got it right the first time! C'mon. I understand that everyone makes mistakes but the same mistake everytime So please disregard the review below. This McDonald's has changed over the past 2-3 years. This location always does a great job! Service was quick & they were friendly!
