This McDonalds quays gives me fresh hot fries food is always good one of the best ones I have been to

I was visiting and went here, as I stood by the restrooms, I heard the manager Maria yelling at an employee who was cleaning. She continued to verbally abuse this employee behind the counter. They appeared super upset and it was just unacceptable behavior. 0/10 don't go here.

I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. While going through the drive-thru, I witnessed a manager named Maria speaking very harshly to one of the employees. She raised her voice and said, “You need to listen,” in a tone that seemed degrading. The employee looked visibly upset and caught off guard by the interaction. It was uncomfortable to witness, and I hope management addresses how staff are treated both for the sake of the employees and the overall customer experience. I this happened Tuesday. Her hair was ima ribbon this isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed this behavior with this oerson. Such a nasty person.

Tonight, I came in through the drive through and I had a mobile order. GE44. I also purchased a new order of medium fries, at the window. I discovered I didn’t get the extra order of fries. So, I don’t usually complain but when McDonald’s consistently does not fulfill the orders, you’re stealing money from customers. So I’m not coming to this location anymore. Keep the $4.39.

I placed a mobile order and proceeded to the store. When I got there there was no order # on board. Cashier who claims to be a manager directs me to start restart phone....to go to wifi.....to go into app......I show her order in app......show email confirm of order.....show $ hit my card.....she refused to make the order.....after nearly 20 minutes of back and forth they bring out another "manager"......repeat process, show app, show email....this manager states to re-order.....I say has charged my card.....she sternly states "that's just pending "......I adv ....have just spent 20 minutes here.....you think I need to spend another 1/2 an hour disputing a McDonald's charge with the bank?.......she rings up the order....and they make it.......food was good ......the whole transaction was unnecessary......no apology........not even a thank you.......

If you’re going through the drive through, this location is great. However if you are making a mobile order, it is going to take a long time before you get your food. I do not recommend making mobile orders at this locations. I have done this twice at this location, each time I have had to go inside and talk to them directly in order to get my food, waiting longer than 20 minutes in my car, after having checked in, before going inside each time.

This is by far one of the worst McDonald’s in this entire area. They regularly get my order wrong to the point where every other time I go there it’s missing something (example a egg bisket with no egg…) and when they do get it right, the food is subpar. I recommend any other restaurant in the area over this particular McDonald’s. It isn’t worth the price of convenience.
Ordered ahead and went through the drive thru then they had me park in front, no big deal I had a fairly bigger order. Waited for about 15 minutes before going inside to check how much longer. They didn't have my order at all, they needed to reput my order into the system then I had to wait longer for the food to come out. The workers where great though really nice. Just really wondering what happened that they lost track of my order or handed it out wrong. :(

This used to be a great McDonalds but in the last month or so it has certainly gone downhill. Maybe it's new management. Went there today, pre-ordered on the app in the parking lot. Went in, just a few people inside. My order number was second on the "In progress" list. Had to wait about 15 minutes for the order. I watched as orders were piling up at the end of the food prep line. One tray had food on it. Then they put another tray of food on top of it and they both sat there almost the whole time I waited. One lady came up to the counter looking for her food for her and her kids. She looked at me and said she's been waiting forever. There was a bag of food on the counter...it was hers. I told her that's been there almost the whole time I'd been there. We had food here a couple of weeks ago and we experienced the same slow service. It wasn't real busy then either. If we want McDonalds most likely it won't be this one.

Came here to keep the kid busy at the play area while waiting for my car tires to be replaced at Big O next door. The front of the restaurant has ZERO employees! No one at the register with all management hiding in the back running orders or doing anything other than helping customers.
I downloaded the McDonald's app and scanned it in the code at the stupid kiosk. Yes, kiosk... this location has NO ONE at the register and ONLY ONE kiosk!! I had issues with the kiosk and pressed the button for help since there was NO ONE up front to ask. After 5 minutes, another customer had to help me with my issue so they could use it to place an order. We never got the kiosk to credit my McDonald's account, so I'll be deleting that trash app. If I'm not getting the points, I don't have to have my email flooded.
Then we finally get our food and my kids Happy Meal is missing the toy and my meal didn't come with the Buffalo Sauce or any sauce that I asked and paid for... at least going to the counter to get those was fast and friendly. The manager finally started covering the front. Still no other employee to help.
Lastly, several employees saw the light on the kiosk and simply ignored it. Worst McDonald's visit. The bathrooms were meh also. Not filthy but not clean.

The restaurant was clean bathrooms.Please prepare paper towels however. I got to the counter to order and asked me if I was paying with card or cash. I said card, she told me to use the kiosk. I said no, thank you.I'd like to order here and she said, let me show you how it works. I politely said, thank you very much and left. Those things contain traces of feces from people ordering after using the restroom. Don't trust him. I had clean hands. I'd rather use just my car to get my food. I'm not in touch of the screens that everybody else touches.
