My food was horrible. I ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets and a large sweet tea. My nuggets were cold and tasted like they had been sitting out all day. I was sitting in the drive thru and noticed at least five or more cups each of tea and coffee on the top of the beverage machine. Well, the young lady took one of the cups from on top and poured it a cup with ice and handed it to me. I have no idea how long that tea had been sitting out. I'm going to attach a picture of what's left of my nuggets that I fed to my dog. This McDonald's is just awful!!!

I went in to place a order to eat in... I stood at the register for 5 minutes... no exaggeration... manager walking by employees working the drive thru line... everyone looking at me but no one is taking my order.... I finally holler over is anyone going to take my order? And they look at me like deer in headlights... amazed I asked for service... they secretly hope you will turn around and go use those terrible order kiosk they have inside the establishment... this happens every time I go there.. but normally after a few minutes of staring at them they come and assist me... to whomever runs this franchise it's sad that your workers don't want to take customer orders and hope they use the kiosk... it's costing you money... I ended up leaving buying lunch at a other establishment. The manager was also rude and very unprofessional.

The buns are dry and smashed. Everytime I go to this location, they forget part of my order and there is always an incorrect item. Most of the staff are to young and inexperienced.

Went inside to order buy one get one any sandwich from receipt coupon. Ordered 2 bacon double quarter pounders with cheese plain. The total came out a little lower than I expected and looked at my receipt. He only ordered single bacon quarter pounders with cheese. So he disappeared and another person asked if I needed help. Told her I ordered doubles, she says we don't have bacon double quarter pounders with cheese. I said they are on the app. She said I can add another patty for $4.30, I just said screw it add them. So the manager hands me my bag and I ask her why they don't have the double on the menu, she says we do and showed it on the register. So I got over charged and get out to my truck and they are not plain, they have ketchup on them, I hate ketchup! I left took them home, threw the buns away. I haven't had a sandwich at McDonald's in a very long time, and I will never order anything from this McDonald's but a coffee again!

Just went in for drinks. The staff were friendly and efficient. The facility is clean and comfortable.
It's OK, as long as they don't park you.We have on multiple occasions been parked for long periods of time only to have something wrong with our order and have to go inside to get it fixed.

Ordered thru mobile pay, came to pick up my food and the food was just thrown in the bag. Mcnugget bundle didn't come with fries so I went inside to order fries, again it was just thrown in the bag. Did Ido something to McDonald's for them to throw my food in the bag??Bad service.
