This is my go to location out in the middle-of-nowhere Florence, the staff is kind, patient, very helpful. One employee makes sure to clarify my order each time to make sure she gets it right and I really appreciate that. They have also spoken up about promotions both in from fry’s and from the Starbucks app. Lots of cute snowbirds regulars too and the staff knows them all by name.

Pretty mad that the flavor is there but half of my shaken espressos are not. It’s too embarrassing to ask for them to fix it, so get it together please!! For context, the cup in the cup holder didn’t have a single drink taken out of it. The one with the straw had like 2-3 drinks out of it.

This location is hidden inside of Safeway .. but is still worth the drive from Florence. The staff are quick and efficient, but more specifically, Katie, is sweet and really awesome at their job. The shop and seating area is always clean and I usually, there's little-to-no wait! ?

After spending $30 on food and drinks, our daughter asked for a cup of water and was charged $3.26 for it! We did not realize until we got home. Paying for a cup is one thing but after spending what was spent there should have been no charge.

I ordered a venti and they gave me a venti cup half filled. I order the exact same drink at every other Starbucks location and have never had this problem. They are rude and treat you like you are the problem. I would highly recommend taking your service to a Starbucks down the road. I will not be returning to this location again because of the customer service mainly.
