I’m not one to be a Karen but I am getting a little tired of my sandwich missing stuff that, per the menu, is supposed to come on it. This is at least the 4th time I’ve come to this subway and have not had salami on my cold cut combo. I’ve attempted to address staff, and I am met with “it doesn’t come on it”. Then tell me why is it literally listed on the menu as one of the ingredients? Not super happy.

A certain employee doesnt even know how to make the sandwiches. I I asked for the Philly so make sure to know how its made to tell him how to do his job. Train your people better Subway. Not the kids fault really but they can smile a bit more. Perhaps their getting paid to scare off customers lol definitely not going to this location

I come here often and had no issues until last few months most recent this past week. For most part I dont do reviews but this called for one.
I got my usual 6 inch and when the lady in shorts got my bread it looked small I asked and with a bothered attitude replied I cut it its fine. Several times she kept saying say it again say it again. I wouldn't have to repeat myself if she didn't have a ear piece in. For all I know she on talking on her phone and not giving exceptional service as the Subway claims they do. I get to office my food was wrong and has no mayonnaise and no pickles. It was going to be 2 days till I was in area again so I came back and she was in shorts saying how hot she was and I showed my receipt and proceed about situation. The only thing she said very cross was I made it right I said no and bread was not 6 inches and said ma'am why did you not come before now. I looked and said I am very busy I come often I want a full refund. She just looked at me gave no reply. I walked away and said you appear bothered by me and would rather talk on your phone so I walked out.
NEVER will I be insulted again . These employees need better leadership.

If there was no stars that's what it would be. The day shift is unprofessional. The lady in shorts is bringing that place down. For 3 years I've been a regular now I avoid the weekday because of her. The night shift is so much better. I give weekends the best service they are more at ease. I've witnessed day shift touch food with no gloves and scratching head then makes food.

F- Two thumbs down. Just look at the other reviews if you don't believe me. Can I give it a worse grade than F-?? I wish I could. Store has been robbed in the past and now it's the store owner's turn to rob the community. Paid for double meat and got less than a single serving (see pic). Online order scheduled two hours prior was not made in time. Staff is argumentative. Management doesnt care. They NEVER have black olives.... EVER!! Avoid this Subway and find another sub shop for you and your family!

Every time we order from here there’s almost always a problem with the staff being rude. Came in to order a plain and simple Philly cheese steak, and was greeted with hostility about a straight forward order. Staff is not professional, do not eat here.

I came here at 8:30am on Saturday (3/29/25) and the doors were locked and lights were off. Hours posted on the door (and online) say they open at 8am. Complete waste of a drive to come here.

I wish I couldn’t even leave a star for the customer service. I don’t usually leave reviews but from what I’ve read in the reviews it seems im not the only one who thinks that the older lady is beyond rude. It was late and not many things were open and I was hours from home and really hungry and right off the bat she just snaps at me and says all the things she’s out of and that if I don’t like it I can leave. I understand being out of stuff but there was no reason to be that rude. She rushed me to order and if i hadn’t been so far from home and hungry I would have walked out. She’s also isn’t the nicest to her coworkers from what I can see. Over all I think the place would be a lot better if she wasn’t the person greeting customers.

I came in early Friday afternoon to get a combo sandwich on the way to work well an elderly couple was in line and I was next their was a young woman behind the counter and n older woman cleaning the tables the younger woman behind the counter looked at the elderly couple as to acknowledge that they were standing there she then smirked n walked away did not even attempt to help the elderly lady started to tear up and the older employee came to help n calmed the elder lady down she did a great job waiting on us but I will not return to this store unless the older woman n guy r working it is disgusting that subway has allowed such insolence in the younger generation to keep allowing younger kids to work at their establishments and treat customers as if we don't exist do better subway

One of the workers was kind and had a great attitude, but unfortunately, the older employee who assisted me was incredibly rude. I stopped by to satisfy a pregnancy craving, but instead, I left feeling overwhelmed and disappointed. Their bad attitude was not only unprofessional but downright unpleasant. I won’t be going there again.

Customer service was horrible, apparently I'm not the only one who thinks that the older lady that works here is rude and acts like it's an inconvenience for her to do what she's paid to do. Food was terrible and for the amount of money i paid for my food you'd expect to be able to eat it, husband threw his sandwich right in the trash. Do better people
