I am amazed at the reduced size in bread and portions especially for the price increase. The older lady was so very rude and unprofessional and just needed to be sent home she obviously had no training on how to make a sandwich! I will never purchase anything from this location again. Poor customer service poor quality.

The toppings for the tuna sub had the same toppings as the turkey sub, though the receipt clearly shows what the correct order should have been. The manager on duty rudely insisted they did it right even though the photo shows they got it wrong. Although they did remake the sandwiches the next day, they said, “This is the only time we’re going to do this for you and if you give us any hassle we will call the police and have you removed.” There was nothing said or done to provoke this. The woman was rude, inconsiderate, incompetent and arrogant. We had the (literal) receipts and proof.The manager or owner should absolutely fire her. The issue isn’t the sandwich. The issue is she is an untrustworthy, arrogant liar who could bring herself to simply say, “I’m sorry.”

Workers work hard. Food is good. MANAGEMENT get these workers some shade! The afternoon sun is so hot inside the store. I’m sweating standing in-line. Windows need some type of sun shade. Been like this forever.
