If you do not know how to properly make multiple drinks at the same time, you probably shouldn't do it.
There is one morning employee who pulls multiple cups and disorganizes them. Attempts to make multiple drinks at one time, which ends up tripling the time it takes to make them and then does it out of order.
Mobile orders are not prioritized so you are waiting 20+ minutes for your drink while people who order at the counter get theirs quickly.

How are you going yo insult me and mistaking a simple name (NIKKI) as (ikki - icky)? What’s icky?? I asked is this for Nikki ? She said “I would assume so” huh??? Is it or is it not, and no apology for disrespecting my name no smiles nothing. If you don’t like making coffee and treating people with respect then find a job elsewhere. Never coming back and informing everyone else to not come to this coffee shop. No wonder hundreds are closing recently.

Showed up about 10mins before they locked the doors. The kid inside claimed he couldn't do a coupon and didn't know how. I told him I'd be right back and when I came back 5mins later he had locked the door. Complete and total joke. Don't waste ur time here. Go off base tk the one on fry Blvd. This is ridiculous

I have been coming here for close two years. The staff is amazing, and I would give six stars if possible. But the biggest shoutout has to go to Ms. Karina. Without fail she always remembers my name and drink preference. They are truly awesome!
