They almost forgot to add a sandwich to a order and the stupid fountain drinks thing was turned off so you can't even get drinks.

I really dislike the manager here. Had to stop coming here for lunch because she talks so loud. She needs to learn better soft skills or get her hearing checked because she's practically yelling. Bread is also stale half the time so not worth the money either.

This place was not great. I have never been to a Subway that’s been so poorly managed and maintained. The worker touched his face while in the middle of making my sandwich and I had to ask him to change his gloves because he didn’t even realize..I asked to speak with the manager to address sanitation concerns as I also witnessed them using the same rag to wipe down their trash cans, dining tables, and drinks station. Unfortunately all I got was a manager who did not seem to be listening to a word I said and ended up yelling at a completely unrelated person behind the counter. It’s easy to see why an establishment has clueless employees when the manager just wants to yell instead of getting it properly resolved. And again, yelling at the wrong person - horrible behavior to display at all, let alone in front of customers.

Besides the old Filipino lady telling me how I should eat my sandwich, the place is fine. When I asked for extra/ heavy onions, she told me, in front of everyone, "you put too onions!". She said several times. It was embarrassing and weird!

I went to get a sandwich for my granddaughter she was HUNGRY. I wanted in line and when I asked for a slider sandwich for my granddaughter the lady said they where frozen and could not make me a sandwich. That would mean no happy meals for kids, what are the kids suppose to eat.
