no way! they let dogs sit right up at the table 🤮
I’ve been a loyal customer over 40 years since they were off of Highway 95 the original El Placio. I didn’t appreciate the brush off of management today. I was doubled charged for the total bill today. I felt like a nobody and not treated with respect. My family isn’t coming back again. Sorry Mr and Mrs Serrano. Lost a loyal customer today.
This is strike 2 for Casa Serrano in Fort Mohave. We thought we’d give you another chance after our last awful experience but this was worse. Our server Richard took our order for drinks and acknowledged we wanted a cheese crisp. Our expectations were high. He returned with the drinks but the strawberry margarita had salt on the rim, not sugar as expected so we asked for a different strawberry margarita with sugar.
