Humbertos Mexican Food

The only thing I enjoyed was the chips and salsa. I'll probably never step foot in there again. If someone asks I'll tell them to go to Taco Bell before this place. The carnitas was decent. But their carne asada was like hamburger meat. They Don't put much into their burritos all you are eating is tortilla. I had gotten a bean and cheese, it's like they only put a little bit of beans. Definitely not worth the time or money.

$16.00 For a breakfast burrito. Have ate there before and will never go back.
The burrito was not good in general, but they did not offer what type of papas to go in the burrito. They burrito was DRY, not enough egg at all, and they put what looked like a few frozen french fries in there instead of real potato. We wanted the hashbrown if given the choice, but they did not bother to ask. The salsa was also extremly watered down.
(Ordered this food via the drive through.) Felt like they used old meat they had sitting there to make this burrito. It was not fresh and you could tell from the first bite.

This is the second time in a week that I showed up before their posted closing time and was turned away. Very disappointed. We went to Rivas Grill instead and we're very pleased

I always order crunchy tacos because of their shells, well sadly went tonight ordered my tacos and a couple burritos and they changed their taco shells to hard corn Walmart like crap, paid $40 for 4 ground beef tacos, bean burrito and calif. Burrito 😭 why they gotta change to cheaper crap then up the price?

My family loves humbertos. The prices are great for the amount of food you get. The staff is super friendly and nice. It's always clean and tidy. One of the best places to eat out at in ft mohave.

Tried to double charge me and act like they didn’t take my order and money already because I don’t speak Spanish and couldn’t clarify. Didn’t give me a reciept so I Showed them my bank statement of being charged for my order and they wanted me to come back the next day for some reason. I’d love to support a local family owned business but they were openly willing to double charge me and not serve my food until I got someone on the phone who spoke Spanish to them and instantly brought me my food. Not sure if they forgot I ordered 5 minutes before pulling up to the window but considering my food was ready once they got off the phone, it’s not making sense. Specifically the night crew People shouldn’t be working there if they can’t even remember whose order they took 3 minutes prior. Gave me the worst experience I’ve ever had in the food industry and definitely will NOT be coming back.

My go to down the street for local Mexican food , fast , fresh , and tasty , I like the carne asada burritos

I waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. I didn't realize at first that the car in front of me was waiting just for someone to take their order and I guess it never happened. So I can't tell you whether the food is good. I can only tell you that the drive thru is broken and has a sign that says place your order at the window. After 10 minutes at the window myself, I tried to get someone's attention to get help at the drive thru window and no one ever showed up to take my order. I even tried blasting my music and still nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I WOULD TAKE STARS AWAY IF I COULD! TREATING PEOPLE LIKE THAT IS VERY BAD BUSINESS!!!
