They are slow and lazy. They don't make the tacos correctly. I've worked at Jack-In-The-Box and you are supposed to put taco sauce on them but they don't care. Also, Jack-In-The-Box has a drive through timer but they made me pull up to the front to make their time look better than it actually is. (No other cars were behind me.)

I take full-time care of my mother with dementia, and they won't let me charge my phone on an outside outlet, horrible attitude and should be boycotted for that poor human service to those that love a family member with a disease like dementia, thanks.

Haven't tried Jack in the box in nine years and I wish I kept that streak going. because I ordered a Bacon hamburger came plain and no sauce with it. It didn't even taste like a burger so off I went to in-and-out for a better price and a better tasting burger and overall too expensive and not worth your money

This survey is for Parker AZ as I never received a survey for that area. The employees were terrible. My order was wrong I asked him to please make the order correct and fresh pair of the hand of the bathroom 20 minutes later the order was still the same they just added the bacon. It was cold it was horrible I waited till the manager came in. The manager said he'd take care of it. He didn't same thing happened again. I called the number that they have on the door they said they'd have an employee call me back the next day to talk to me about this and they never called me stay away from this place.

Drive thru has messed order up on 5 different occasions now, it's as if they don't really listen or pay attention. Faster to go inside as well. Refused receipt to use for app points, oreo shake wasn't mixed, 10 minutes after ordering and cold food was what I was brought. Don't waste your time or money here when the employees don't care, neither should we.

Drive-thru ordered the double Jack combo, the burgers were dry and cold as if they were left over from earlier cooking. Didn't understand I wanted a combo and then didn't get a receipt for the price change so no idea what I was charged
