This survey is for Parker AZ as I never received a survey for that area. The employees were terrible. My order was wrong I asked him to please make the order correct and fresh pair of the hand of the bathroom 20 minutes later the order was still the same they just added the bacon. It was cold it was horrible I waited till the manager came in. The manager said he'd take care of it. He didn't same thing happened again. I called the number that they have on the door they said they'd have an employee call me back the next day to talk to me about this and they never called me stay away from this place.

Drive thru has messed order up on 5 different occasions now, it's as if they don't really listen or pay attention. Faster to go inside as well. Refused receipt to use for app points, oreo shake wasn't mixed, 10 minutes after ordering and cold food was what I was brought. Don't waste your time or money here when the employees don't care, neither should we.

Drive-thru ordered the double Jack combo, the burgers were dry and cold as if they were left over from earlier cooking. Didn't understand I wanted a combo and then didn't get a receipt for the price change so no idea what I was charged

Terribly expensive. $12.50 for a chicken sandwich combo that, come to find, is a dried out frozen patty. Shame on Jack! I'll not eat there again. Jack in the Box used to be a favorite.

Ok Customer Service. Decent Menu Prices. The Quality of Food is Horrible.Yhe Boba in My Ice Coffee was Unsatisfactory. Over Heated and Busted. The Price of My Breakfast Sandwich was Expected. Atleast Nuke it and Serve Me The Portion I Purchased. My Breakfast Sandwich was Lacking and Slacking.... Definitely Not Coming Back...

Can only use one coupon for one item period per visit can't get 2 separate items,what I did get was cold and dry,and no sause on any of it.never again this food went right in the trash and went to burger king.
