Always feel a little guilty eating here. Kind of like I got away with something naughty . Foods great but so greasy and so
I come here every night after a late night of work ! Today I ordered from app and they said they didn’t see the order I told them the order address and name and said “nope sorry not here “ I said I have the order number and confirmation it’s out of my bank. Was told to contact bank they don’t see order. She said sorry about your luck to contact my bank. EXTREMELY RUDE wouldn’t even listen to me or my husband! I asked for her name she said CECILIA and said contact her store manager in the morning I said oh I will be your being extremely rude we paid for our meal and said again contact your bank good bye and started laughing. As me and my husband drove around the drive through she and the guy working there were laughing thinking it’s funny. I will not ever come again and I came EVERY SINGLE NIGHT! Because of CECELIA you lost a loyal customer. She needs to be taught how to talk and treat customers.

Great meal for a reasonable price. Place was clean.
What surprised me was the price of the food. I am visiting my family here and wanted to get a quick breakfast. The platter is a good deal. Question is why is it a dollar plus more expensive than California JIB's.

Went through drove through and was only car in line. Was asked to wait out front. Waited 15 minutes for cold hamburgers and warm fries.

Disgusting, We ordered a Cheeseburger and chicken strips it took about 15 minutes for the burger. The burger was cold, the cheese was all over the car it was gross also the cold cheese was dripping all over the car. Do NOT recommend going to this HORRIBLE place.

If this is store #1635 with Wal-Mart right behind them...then this is the one I just went to about an hour ago and the french fries were stone cold. I didn't check the bag before I left and waited until I got home. I ordered the Sour Jack #3. The young person at the drive thru was pleasant but the food was terrible. Not going back there ever.
