Every time I place a mobile app order this restaurant can't seem to find it. The employee verifies the address as the correct one, but never seems to be able to find. The few times I have made the mistake of going inside I might as well have been invisible, the staff is either standing around or so focused on the drive thru that they completely ignore the lobby! If the worst thing you experience at this restaurant is the ice cream machine not working, you'll be lucky. Do yourself a favor and cross the highway and get treated like a King across the street!

Beware. The lady will tell you all coffee sizes are the same and then when you pick large, it charges you more and so she offers you a senior discount and you say yes and what you end up getting is the smallest coffee at the same price supposedly as the large. When I question her on it, she then said she has the right to refuse me service and told me to get out of her store. I requested the manager and she claimed that she was and no manager that I’ve ever dealt with in my life would be this way so you might as well never stop in needles

Everything was great except the bathroom. Good service, food, lobby. They didn’t have the toilet paper in the dispenser. There were no toilet seat covers.

Always double check your order before you leave, i forgot this time. And got a messed up order. Was missing a burger and got a chicken sandwich instead of one of the other burgers. The staff is always nice.

I just went through the drive-thru, on Jun 3, 2025, at approx 3:31 p.m. My husband ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, no pickles or onions, a double cheeseburger, small fries, a small coke, & Large coke. I said the fries were old, cold, and tasted like they were at least 3+ hours old. When I went into the restaurant with the French fries and my double cheeseburger in a McDonald's bag. I asked the young lady at the register if I could please get some new French fries because mine were nasty. I took my double cheeseburger out of the bag, and the young lady took the bag with the fries in it and went to I'm assuming the Manager. I saw the young lady hand the bag to a young man/manager told me it was going to be 4 minutes for French fries. I said okay. As I was waiting, I watched the manager working the fryer with no gloves on his hands he had the cordless landline phone in his hands and he was handling the fries, and money on the register by the drive-thru window. So if anyone gets sick, that's probably why. Needless to say, my husband went inside and asked for the money back for the fries & my husband said the manager gave him $5.00 back. Nobody had name tags on except the young lady in the front.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s that I have ever been to. Every single time I’ve been to the location off of Aztec, either the employees forget something in my order then take 20-30 minutes to figure out what happened or they come out with a completely different order because they’re queuing in the wrong order for who’s coming through the drive through. Waiting over 20 minutes for fast food is ridiculous to me when I could spend that 20 minutes driving over to the location near Laughlin in less time and get my food immediately. Without fail, EVERY single time it’s been like this. I have never wrote a negative google review as of now, but McDonald’s absolutely deserves it for this location specifically. I can’t imagine what your corporate ladder looks like if you can’t fix this simple problem for YEARS even with all of the negative reviews.

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been too! They keep their drive thru times down by parking everyone to wait, I waited atleast 25min to get my food while everyone behind me got theirs and they wanted to tell me they were swamped but even if that was the case I still shouldn't have been skipped and watched everyone else park after me and get there food first, while my $45 food purchase from Rivas sat getting cold. Then lady says oh I gave you a large fry instead of a medium, wow thanks!!! I've worked McDonald's and this is absolutely ridiculous!!!
