This is by far the worst McDonald’s that I have ever been to. Every single time I’ve been to the location off of Aztec, either the employees forget something in my order then take 20-30 minutes to figure out what happened or they come out with a completely different order because they’re queuing in the wrong order for who’s coming through the drive through. Waiting over 20 minutes for fast food is ridiculous to me when I could spend that 20 minutes driving over to the location near Laughlin in less time and get my food immediately. Without fail, EVERY single time it’s been like this. I have never wrote a negative google review as of now, but McDonald’s absolutely deserves it for this location specifically. I can’t imagine what your corporate ladder looks like if you can’t fix this simple problem for YEARS even with all of the negative reviews.

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been too! They keep their drive thru times down by parking everyone to wait, I waited atleast 25min to get my food while everyone behind me got theirs and they wanted to tell me they were swamped but even if that was the case I still shouldn't have been skipped and watched everyone else park after me and get there food first, while my $45 food purchase from Rivas sat getting cold. Then lady says oh I gave you a large fry instead of a medium, wow thanks!!! I've worked McDonald's and this is absolutely ridiculous!!!

It took 40 minutes to get our cones and we asked several times. When we went the last time to ask, we saw them with more cones giving them to someone else. They said they were having trouble with the ice cream machine right after we saw that than then a second later showed up with our cones.

Extremely rude employees they don’t clean the place very unhealthy there are rats and mice running around in the building the corporate know’s but don’t care health department is aware of the condition of this unhealthy environment

So I ordered 2 for $5 breakfast sandwiches, 2 orders, 4 sandwiches, should be $10 plus tax then ordered 4 hash browns to go with it. She ended up charging me over $40 because she entered them as a meal. When I asked the lady inside, she said I didn't specify the 2 for $5 but she still charged me for the meals even without drinks. Which I did not order. She also said I couldn't mix and match the 2 for $5 sandwiches? I told her you have 2 banners outside showing 2 for $5 mix and match. She said they were a misprint? Wow last time I ever go here. Not worth the headache.
