Im cross country bicycle touring.. stopped here for a morning coffee.. stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes and walked out.. not 1 member of the staff even acknowledged my existence.. and they wonder why they make minimum wage.. I left.. went over to the gas station.. got a Starbucks m9cha.. Paul for it.. and when I rode by.. the guy behind me was still standing at the counter..

Very busy, handed my drink off, ended no coffee, no syrup, just warm milk

Always pretty good... ever once in awhile your drink is messed up..
The cup is not filled up.. it's like an inch from the top..
So I wouldn't get the biggest one.. you are cheated..

I seriously don't understand how you mix up an Everything Bagel with a Bacon Gouda Sandwich. Welp this location did. They usually have crappy personalities when I role through but being early in the morning as long as you don't mess up my order I leave it alone. But now I'm across town at work with money wasted because this location gave me the wrong food item. Pay attention, seriously, the job isn't that hard. Now I get to throw this nasty Sandwich away. What a waste.

Absolutely the best experience ever! I stop by often and the crew working there are so kind and welcoming. Even on my days were I'm having a bad morning, they always manage to make me smile. 😄 They pride in their work and it shows in the quality of their drinks. Thank you 😊👍

For the past couple months I’ve been coming to this Starbucks before every shift I’ve worked in Bullhead. I believe a new employee was hired recently as I haven’t seen her before last week. Unfortunately she didn’t treat me with the usual respect and kindness that I’ve experienced from everyone else that works at and it threw me completely off guard. She was very pushy sounding as if she just saw me as another customer to get out of the way rather than another human being. It didn’t seem personal or anything but I haven’t had an experience like that with a Starbucks employee before and it felt kind of dehumanizing.
