almost $13 for two drinks I didn't even make it out the door before half the foam that filled my cup dissolved

I would not recommend this one I have been to every Starbucks in town and the only one I would actually recommend is the one by Lowe's

Parking lot is horrible so hard to get in and out of in my big Ford truck

I usually order ahead and add extra pumps to my frapp. Unfortunately they are like the only Starbucks in the area you can pre order at and has a drive thru.
It doesn't matter how much more I spend or how much time they have to make my drink, it always sucks.
Every single time.
I'd probably be more satisfied with throwing my money in the actual trash.

The Starbucks in Bull Head City, Az could use some housekeeping in the bathroom.

I've lived here for a few years now and the staff now is probably the best it's ever been. I used to get wrong drinks all the time AND whole milk instead of what I usually ordered. I would get very sick with dairy since I cannot have dairy, so I'm happy that the staff now is more attentive to those small, yet important details. I love going thru the drive-thru and seeing Kendall, Analysa and Sarah in particular. They are so nice, friendly and always smiling. Thank you.

Their employee, Annalisa, was unbelievably stuck up, honorary and rude- all behavior unsolicited. Her demeanor is a perfect example of the entitled generation manufactured to be real quick to dish it while somehow being unable to fathom someone reciprocating in reaction. Rude rude employee!
