I usually order ahead and add extra pumps to my frapp. Unfortunately they are like the only Starbucks in the area you can pre order at and has a drive thru.
It doesn't matter how much more I spend or how much time they have to make my drink, it always sucks.

I've lived here for a few years now and the staff now is probably the best it's ever been. I used to get wrong drinks all the time AND whole milk instead of what I usually ordered. I would get very sick with dairy since I cannot have dairy, so I'm happy that the staff now is more attentive to those small, yet important details. I love going thru the drive-thru and seeing Kendall, Analysa and Sarah in particular. They are so nice, friendly and always smiling. Thank...
