I appreciate the thought behind the free cookie the subs had to be thrown out though. We have people deathly allergic to nuts and the double chocolate macadamia cookie is death in our household. Please if you are going to send out cookies with your delivery orders send plain chocolate chip or don’t send at all. This is the second time we’ve had to do it and while the thought behind it is appreciated that’s over 40.00 that had to be thrown out.

Waited in line while my wrap without food in it dried out. Didn't have any wraps thawed. Left without ordering.Update: after I left the store to wait in the car, they convinced my 65 year old mother to buy me a 6 inch sub and tip them for MY inconvenience.

I try to ask to the lady cashier and she was with her phone, I try to speak Spanish and she try to ignore me and let think this to all Subways WITH OUT CUSTOMERS THERE IS NOT BUSSINES.
Exceptional customer service, communication and follow through. I ordered 100 subs and Melissa the manager rocked my order, everything was perfect. Not only were the sandwiches outstanding but the presentation was also great. Her communication and follow through is awesome. Great Job.
