Just once I’d like to check my bag before leaving the drive through and have it correct. Well not today, gave us the wrong burger, didn’t include the chicken nuggets, looked confused when I handed it back. Manager came out with the bag a few minutes later and when I asked a question on checking it again she rolled her eyes at me. Seriously, there are other options for fast food in FH. ?
Terrible customer service. After waiting in the drive thru for several minutes we asked what was taking so long. In response the girl made a rude retort and words were exchanged. The girl then called my mother an expletive term. I went inside to speak to the manager. I was told by a cashier that she was to busy to speak with me. When she finally came out to speak with me she defended her employee by saying she was just 16 and made minimum wage. This should not be used as an excuse...read full review
