I am from out of town and try to support local when I travel...this is the first time that I have visited an establishment and wasn't even acknowledged by staff. They were busy, however, I made eye contact with several employees while standing in the coffee line but not once did someone ask me if I had already placed an order. After the fourth person passed me to pay and receive their orders... I walked out and went next door to Starbucks.

The selection of bagels and toppings is vast, so you can get exactly what you want. The servers are attentive, friendly and helpful. And they make hands-down the best bagels anywhere in the northeast of the Valley of the Sun. We don't buy bagels anywhere else. There is seating inside and on the outside patio.

Love this shop and their bagels and bialys. Staff is so very pleasant and helpful. I drive up from Mesa. Very authentic bagels AND It's a family owned businesses, not a corporate franchise. Will come by again when I'm able

I love everything here — the Caesar salad, chicken salad sandwich, bagels, fresh veggies, pasta salad — literally everything is amazing. The staff are always so nice and welcoming too. Easily one of my favorite spots!
