I was shocked at how dirty this McDonald's is. Dusty and dirty all around the cash register, yuck. Tables were dirty. Have never seen a McDonald's in this type of condition.

Well I'm updated my review, this place could easily be the worst McDonald's I have ever been to ! I used my app this morning and then got to the window and the Hispanic lady said I never gave her a code or paid she handed me my frap..and said now leave no customer service what so ever!!! I absolutely can't stand going here!!

I went to get grinch meals. The lady at the window was extremely rude and very unfriendly. They did not have the boxes for the Grinch meals, the french fries or ice cold and they forgot the dill pickle salt for the fries. Needless to say, I will never go back to the fountain Hills McDonald’s location

Went through the drive thru. Rude lady working the drive thru repeated order multiple times, still got it wrong. Was told to pickup order on the side. Dude who brought out food also rude. Didn't even eat it, threw it out. Don't trust people with that kind of mentality. Won't be coming back. Rude and inept + lazy people.

I haven’t been to McDonald’s in ages. Stopped by for ice cream, of course machine was down. Ordered food and I don’t think I’ve had a worse tasting more stale meal in the last 20 years. This is the worst tasting and tasting food. Your cooks need more training and someone at corporate desperately needs to do some quality control here. I’d rather starve to death than ever eat here again - EVER!
