Worst customer service experience today in the drive thru. Picked up an order for someone and the woman working the cash register needs to take a class on customer service. The most rude person I have ever experienced anywhere in any store/restaurant. Whatever you are going through don’t take it out on the customers. Good luck to anyone who has to experience her.

Very poor drive through service. I made my order through drive through very slowly and clearly so they could get it right. They ended up missing two items at the window. Had me pay again and wait for it in their parking lot instead of through drive thru. Rude staff.

Original 2017 - Not much to say about the menu, this is after all a McDonald's. However it's the employees that make this location great. Polite, patient and speedy staff.

Updated 2025 - Quality at this location has dipped down considerably, namely delivered food often arriving cold and old especially the fries. Frequently being given wrong items or wrongly prepared items. Some of these things aren't that big of a deal, but what is really frustrating is the sauces, they never send the sauces with delivery orders to the point where I honestly can't tell if this is some kind of willful malice or if this is just the fault of really poor management that prioritizes penny pinching and speed instead of customer satisfaction and quality.

Worst customer service ever. Rude. Service was quick, bathrooms clean. You're dining in they can't even give you a tray. Throw your bag down, call your number. You politely ask for your cup and they're right in front of you just ignore you. Finally you get their attention and they act all miffed. I understand the industry has changed, kiosks etc. But you still have to be personable. You're still in customer service.

Drive Thru was disappointing. My wife's egg mcmuffin was cold, and my mcgriddle was luke warm with Cold Cheese. They were also had No orange juice.
