Food really good but way over priced I used to go there a lot there prices need to come down, but it’s finally happening the gentleman who owns the place has been talking about this for like four years that he’s gonna be opening up a hookah bar. He was gonna do it in fountain Hills but now he’s decided he’s opening up a brand new restaurant. I’m surprised that there’s no advertising online about it but obviously it’s gonna be a secret because he wants to keep it hush-hush but it’s gonna be a hookah bar middle Eastern food a bar drinks in Scottsdale at Shane Scottsdale Road in North Scottsdale should be opening in less than 10 days super exciting. He has sold this location to another guy who is learning the business. He’s really not a nice guy. He learned everything that this guy knows and he’s still learning but he’s changed some of the recipes and I like some of the spinoffs on what he’s done as far as some of the changes on the rice and some of the sauces he’s done a lot of different changes I think for the better not that the food was bad before, but I like what he’s done his food is good quality You won’t be disappointed and hopefully he’ll bring the prices down and be making changes based on our feedback, it’s time progresses. But there is a new owner of the place. The other guy is kinda in and out kind of helping get this place up and running for the new guy. But he’s really doing this it’s gonna have hookah. It’s gonna have great food. You’ll wanna check out this new restaurant. If you have any questions about the new restaurant definitely ask the new owner. He’s very Aware of this restaurant also asked the old owner. He’ll tell you about the new restaurant but it’s going to be on point. It’s gonna be a great seller it’s gonna have I mean, it’s gonna be a great attribution to Scottsdale so definitely don’t miss it anyhow if it weren’t for the prices, I would’ve given this place a five star cause I mean the food is pretty good but for the Middle Eastern food and for the quality, I mean the prices are just too high. There’s places that are just as good that are cheaper if you go down the street in Scottsdale

Buyer Beware: Ordered a veggie plate, baba ganuj and a gyros sandwich. Got home 30 minutes later to find the gyros sandwich not in the bag. Called them immediately and they refused to credit my account.

Wow! Looks like a food inspector’s dream. There’re food bits on the walls, a thick layer of dust and cobwebs on the picture frames, could see the dust on top of the ceiling fans from the booth. Seems like Sysco premade food. The chicken in the pita was dried out and not enough tzatziki was added to soften it up. The tzatziki tastes like a commercial product, not “authentic”. The gyro was bland, missing the classic herbs/spice blend of a good gyro. We were really hungry and mislead by Trip Advisor ratings. Skip it. Wish we’d gone to Sr Taco next door.

Gyro meat dry, hard and over cooked. Pita same dry and hard. Customer service needs help. Will not return. I’ve been eating gyros for 30 years, these are bad.

Been here many times over the years, my last experience was less than stellar.
I have never ever been insulted for the use of cash. Really? Little dude actually had a mini meltdown.
