Oyo Frozen Yogurt

A sweet treat spot worth visiting!

I recently stopped by OYO Frozen Yogurt in Fountain Hills and had such a great experience! The shop is clean, well-lit, and super welcoming. I loved how many flavor options they had—everything from the classics to fun seasonal picks. The self-serve concept is fun and lets you get creative with toppings, which are fresh and plentiful.

The staff was friendly and helpful in explaining how everything worked, and they were quick to assist at checkout. Prices are fair for the quality and portion sizes—definitely a good treat after a hike or a hot day in Arizona.

I’d absolutely recommend OYO to anyone looking to satisfy their sweet tooth with something cool and customizable. I’ll be back!

Every froyo flavor tasted like icy water with a hint of flavor. I've sampled froyo from coast to coast, and this place tops the list as the most disappointing. We'll definitely not be returning.

Employee watched us select our choices and as we got to register he told us he didn’t have any spoons or any utensils. We were told to throw them away! What a poorly run organization!

We handed all the products back to the employee and didn’t keep it!

Avoid this place. $11.25 for 1 serving of yogurt, no toppings. Won't be back.

DO NOT come here!!!! It would be a waste of your time and money. The owner is absolutely rude and VERY dishonest. I came during a busy night, the 4th of July and the owner looked at it as an opportunity to charge me double the price of what it actually was supposed to be. I’m sure he did that to a lot of people that night hoping nobody would catch him doing it. I confronted him with what he had done and he said he would refund me my purchase. Hmmmm…I wonder why that was? He knew what he did was dishonest and tried to apologize for his actions by refunding everything. Interesting thing is the transaction still went through and the money still got taken out of my account even though he said he refunded my transaction. I will be reporting it as fraud. I don’t know about you, but I WILL NOT support a business that is SO dishonest, not once, but twice!

Also, the quality of frozen yogurt is horrible! It basically is just frozen ice with no flavor. I’ve gone to many frozen yogurt places and trust me when I say this place has no idea what they’re doing. I’ve never seen a frozen yogurt look so watery, is really pathetic. Other frozen yogurt places I’ve been to their product actually looks and tastes creamy. I’m sure the only reason this place gets business is because it’s the only one in town sadly enough. I wish i could’ve given zero stars. Please don’t come to this place, you’ll regret it.

I hate leaving bad reviews but the owner needs to see this more than anymore.

This shop smells like a bottle of Clorox. I literally couldn’t breathe inside the store. I got a headache within minutes of being there. Got yogurt as quickly as possible then left.

Their yogurt does not taste good or digest good either. Their employees are checked out. Probably from a chemical high. It’s bad… really bad.

Nice and very delicious frozen yogurt with balanced flavors ??

It’s 8:07 on Saturday and they are closed and the kid is just standing there like not even acknowledging us. Please update your hours on Google if you are not open. I just watched 2 other people pull up. Super rude and unprofessional wasting people’s time.
