Pietro's is a gem. We've had great meals both times we were there and the folks with us each time also enjoyed the food and the evening. The ONLY suggestion I can make is that the bread service would be tastier if it were warmed before serving. Salads, entrees, and desserts were all fabulous. And these folks go above and beyond. We had a girls night out… Have not been to this restaurant in quite a while. There is a new owner and everything was top-notch. We were so impressed with the service, the young girl was so professional. Two of us had the chicken limone which was wonderful. The views are so beautiful. The restaurant was quite busy when we got there especially for a Wednesday night in Fountain Hills!
