This place never disappoints. With all the restaurants in fountain hills I know I can depend on a hot juicy filling quick satisfying meal from our Pizza Hut.

From parties to just a quick meal you guys keep up the great work. Consistent with me for over 15 years. That’s an exceptional trust worthy track record.

We order at least a couple times a month-the same thing-sausage pizza with mushrooms on half. It's rarely correct when we pick it up. Tonight the employee repeated my order correctly at least 3 times and it still has mushrooms on the entire pizza!!! Frustrating. Why is this so difficult?

Quoted 15 minutes got the food on 45 . The guy up front took no blame literally said it's not his fault. He forgot to turn on fryer for the day. How's that not your fault? Then says I got in late, like where's the accountability?!?

This place used to be great but went downhill quick. The pizza usually comes barely cut, delivery drivers have completely stopped reading the delivery instructions, when we order garlic cheese sticks they no longer include garlic, the last 4 times we ordered them we receive different cheese sticks and they taste terrible. When we order sauce it rarely gets included. This restaurant is very inconsistent. If there a manager on duty they’re not focused on accuracy or quality.

This pizza hut is the absolute worst. I rate them negative starsNot only was I triple charged on my credit card for a delivery they could not deliver but they hung up on me when I tried to resolve it. I had also ordered for carry out that we went in and picked up and paid cash for when were told they could not deliver and said the order was canceled for the delivery and would not be charged. Bottom line charged 90.00 for 1 pizza not delivered, the pizza picked up was horrid. I will never order another pizza hut pizza as long as I live.I had to dispute the 3 charges totaling $90.00 and as far as I am concerned I hope they go out of business. The absolute worst employees and service I have ever had

They don't care about customers at all , I called said my order was wrong talked to a manager ? and still they were so rude I wish fountain Hills had a Domino's or Papa John's... I definitely wouldn't go back to Pizza Hut!!!

Ordered food for delivery that never showed up! After waiting 11/2 hours we called them and were informed our food has been sitting on shelf 45 minutes and they didn't have anyone to deliver.Total disappointment and no communication!
