Salsa was voted best in the valley and I can see why. Chunky and full of flavor. The carne asada burrito with spicy salsa was spot on and pretty solid. The happy hour house marg was legit and came in a nice big glass. The ambiance is much to be desired but the food and drinks and service were overall 4.3 / 5.

From the moment I walked into the restaurant I have the most lovely experience, the servers, the owners, the atmosphere is excellent. Also the Margarita’s, food and chips and salsa are delicious! Everything was excellent!!

We have not been there in a very long time. We arrived. We were the only customers in the restaurant, we thought we would never get waited on. We finally get served. A couple more table of customers arrive. The server came back one time asking if we needed anything. We asked yes, could we please get some more salsa. She never again came to our table. The table next to us she brought extra salsa. We were finished eating. We sat patiently waiting to get our bill. Finally, my husband said, this is ridiculous, I am going up to find her and pay our bill. We live in Fountain Hills and I can tell you we will never think about dining here ever again in the future and we would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. The food is just fair and this was the most inept service. I could understand if the place was really busy, I could give a pass. Sorry, not sorry 😐. Do not recommend. Fountain Hills please get some decent restaurants 🙏

Had a late lunch with my family on a Saturday. The food was outstanding. I had a bean tostada, two enchiladas and a taco. Oh my was it good. The service was excellent and the staff were super friendly.
Pretty plain for an Arizonan Mexican restaurant... you can always tell by the clientele at a business! I should have known when I only saw old white people it was going to be just okay... I feel mean saying that, but at least it's honest.

I called in and placed and order for a cheese crisp and a #9 I believe and was surprised I got a bag of chips and salsa with my order. I like my salsa HOT but the one that came with the chips had good flavors and didn't burn so I think it can be enjoyable for everyone. Was a good crunch to all the taco shells and cheese crisp , nothing was burnt. Was ready in 15 minutes. Been craving bean tostada's and the one from here hit the spot. Got too excited about the food, had to leave a review before it was all gone. Definitely will continue to return here. Thank you!
