The pastries were fresh but had too much sugar coating. Was not very tasty at all.

Young lady at the counter was short and miserable... The coffee and donut were good with the exception of cream... The biggest thing is the filthy conditions this place is in..
The windows are smeared with potato fingers, the floors are caked with crud and it smells... not in a good way!

Terrible donuts. I had to wait like 10 minutes to order, nobody was around. The case was full of very similar donuts, so minimal selection or variety. Avoid this place.

This place has very good breakfast. When you see the outside you don't think it will be that great but the donuts and the breakfast sandwiches are done well

The donuts are the best. Gotta go early or the best selection could be sold out. Only a small area to sit if you wanted to eat in. The bear claw, old fashion, and Apple fritter are always a great go to option.

We read the fried chicken reviews and decided to give it a try. It did not disappoint, the fries were crispy and well seasoned and the house made coleslaw was good too. I highly recommend this fried chicken dinner

I had a delicious breakfast sandwich and a donut .Both were good. The sandwich was huge..saved half for later.

They now have fried chicken for lunch and I understand it's delicious. That will be the next thing I try.

Misleading advertising, there are signs that they sell ice cream and boba tea and they don't sell them, we ordered some breakfast burritos and the truth is they weren't very good. Very bad experience.

Not that they will care based on the vibe we got after walking in here but this is by far the worst rainbow donuts we have ever visited! I'm shocked at how poor their customer service was and the overall experience in general.

The lady working the front was rude/cold and took almost 5 mins to serve us even though the place was empty. We would have left but we already promised our 7 year old donuts so we grabbed the minimum and ate our food there. After we finished we had to use the restroom, however both the men's and women's restrooms were "out of order". I've been to Rainbow donuts locations in West Phoenix/Glendale that had a better atmosphere than this one in Fountain Hills.

Needless to say, we will make sure to avoid this place on future trips up North but felt like I needed to leave this review to warn others to keep them from making this same mistake.

Parking: There is definitely plenty if parking. Go place an order there and you will find out exactly why that is.

Kid-friendliness: No, definitely not a good place to bring the kids.
