The girl that took my order was rude. I tried to use the drive thru but got no response after multiple attempts to get acknowledged and even waited by the window for several minutes. After walking inside, which the place is unsightly and has both bathrooms out of order, her response for not answering me was she had to deal with other customers. That's fine, but it's common knowledge and courtesy to at least respond and notify the customer that you'll be with them shortly. Besides that, the sandwiches are microwaved and despite only ordering two things, she still messed up half the order. If you want cheap food that's comparable in taste, go to the Wendy's right next door. In addition, the person I'm referring to created their own 5-Star review to boost the establishment's overall rating. STAY AWAY!

Service was terrible. The lady was very rude, arguing with us. And it took her forever, she told us to leave her store because we wanted to place an order. There was flies in their donut case. I would not recommend it

I would give less than one star if possible. They are always out of donuts. The inside of the restaurant is filthy. The staff is rude and argumentative. The donuts are greasy.

We decided to finally stop at this donut shop on our way to Costco driving in from Payson and what a disappointment! The place is filthy, unwelcoming, and the donuts were frankly quite bad. This looks like it used to be some kind of a fast food restaurant that now has an identity crisis. From the moment you walk in and recognize how filthy the floors are to the filthy donut display cabinets to the empty coolers around the outside of the dining area. This entire place is nothing but a disappointment. Buyer beware
Bad service and they only got one pump to a caramel coffee it sucks it’s a place of trash

Young lady at the counter was short and miserable... The coffee and donut were good with the exception of cream... The biggest thing is the filthy conditions this place is in..
The windows are smeared with potato fingers, the floors are caked with crud and it smells... not in a good way!

Terrible donuts. I had to wait like 10 minutes to order, nobody was around. The case was full of very similar donuts, so minimal selection or variety. Avoid this place.

This place has very good breakfast. When you see the outside you don't think it will be that great but the donuts and the breakfast sandwiches are done well

The donuts are the best. Gotta go early or the best selection could be sold out. Only a small area to sit if you wanted to eat in. The bear claw, old fashion, and Apple fritter are always a great go to option.

We read the fried chicken reviews and decided to give it a try. It did not disappoint, the fries were crispy and well seasoned and the house made coleslaw was good too. I highly recommend this fried chicken dinner
