At the salmon asparagus and mac and cheese which were all perfect. Had a bartender named Elliot super friendly. Little costly but I see why

Wonderful restaurant. Our waitresses were terrific. In town on vacation and it was so good, we went twice. The meatloaf was fantastic.We had a large group but were accommodated quickly

We went there for lunch after a morning of gambling at We Ko Pa Casino. We actually wanted to go see the fountain too but I don't think it was running that day because it was kind of windy. Anyway the food is very good we had salads for lunch and the service was excellent they were very attentive and the atmosphere there it's really neat.

The french dip sandwich is the best!

We love the Saddle Bronc! It’s a well ran business. The people that work there want to be there and they make you feel welcome. We’ve never had a bad meal there. My favorite is the walleye! Know one does it better in the valley than the Saddle Bronc. I also love the pork tenderloin sandwich, the John Wayne burger with bacon, chicken fried steak and the prime rib dinner. But the real Rockstar is Elliot! He delivers exceptional service and is a fantastic mixologist! He’s personable, smart, funny and makes what he does look easy. Check out his collection of bottle openers when you go there. Sing it with me “I go down to the Saddle Bronc.”

The place was really busy which I hoped meant it would be good food, but unfortunately, I ordered a steak medium and got one that was overcooked. I asked for a new one which they said was no problem. When that steak arrived it was cooked correctly but had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. The side of corn was also flavorless and the side salad wasn't any better. The food was kinda pricey for it to have turned out this way. I hope you have a different experience. I don't think I will eat there again though.

Service and staff is Amazing. Appetizers and pulled pork sandwich were great. The Chili needs more liquid and ranch beans were a little sweet for me. Music and atmosphere was great as well.
