Safeway Bakery

Consistently terrible customer service. They have more options and a wider variation of baked goods than Basha’s bakery but the bakers at Bashas’s are actually nice and helpful unlike this Safeway Bakery where they’re always rude!

Safeway is a great company with a wonderful ability to connect with families and those who live in the community they serve.

I just bought meat from your store and once again it was spoiled. Last time we ever spend our money at your store.

Most of the checkers are friendly and helpful, but a trend lately has been checker and baggers engaging in personal conversation, failing to greet the customer, scanning and tossing the groceries while totally engaged in their conversation. Also, some of the baggers need to understand that heavy items go on the bottom and not toss a large container of OJ on top of a package of sliced cheese and a salad mix. I have been a customer at Safeway in Fountain Hills for 19 years, I have other choices and will start using them.
