I’m not sure if the training there is bad but the only store that I’ve ever been to that they’re actually rude to you over a dark roast coffee going through the drive-through today. Lisa was completely ignorant to me over a dark roast Didn’t offer me a pour over and proceeded to argue with me over wanting a dark roast said she didn’t have it. I’ve never been denied for a dark roast coffee and Starbucks in 25 years corporate manager needs to step in at the store. They do whatever they want there and treat customers selectively. I will call corporate and speak to them regarding this and this is not the first incident there I had an employee actually throwing something because I was asking for a pour over so I think she no longer works there

I wish I had got the nice ladies name that made my drink today, but I forgot to get it. She made me my favorite drink... the iced matcha with lavender cream foam. I have got this drink at every starbucks ive been to, all over Arizona. Honestly this was the best one I've ever had. She made it perfect!! Today's date: June 18, 2024 at 2:45 pm. So whoever was working this day and time, she deserves a raise. Best barista! I just got it and it's almost gone already.

Marie and Shy are so sweet and make such great drink recommendations too. We live locally and they always brighten our day!
All good here, friendly staff, and a nice outdoor patio. The turn in off Fountain Hills Blvd a bit tight and you may get honked at by overcaffeinated woman returning for the second time in the same morning for more coffee if you are here the first time and don't move fast enough for her. Otherwise, once you calm down from the rude, unecessary honking, this is a nice place to enjoy the outdoor seating or meet a business client.

Maria, and jess where extremely helpful and nice! She even went the extra mile and offered to split it in two for my gf and me! I wanted to tip them, but they told me according to the rules they could not accept it!!:( so instead I wanted to give them a fantastic review for how great they where. Great job on making our drinks too!! Thanks

Jess was absolutely the WORST starbucks barista we’ve encountered. She was so mad that she had to take our order, ignored my question, and looked and acted like she wanted to die. Why bother working in customer service if you’re gonna make everyone around you miserable?
