Ordering via the kiosk was a disappointing experience. I ordered a Double Whopper and wanted to add bacon, but the only bacon option required cheese to be added as well. Another Double Whopper sandwich was ordered, including all of the usual condiments, but apparently because we chose the low carb option at the end, the sandwich was delivered without any of the condiments that should have been included.

Aden and hi if you want to call it a staff are completely incompetent kids. 30 minutes and still no food and then on top of that Aden becomes a smart ass and asked me. “So do you want a refund because your food is ready” so I said absolutely.

Worst experience ever took more than 30 min to get my food! Once I got the food I was missing items on my order. Not only that they messed up my order completely . Took it back to them and hey they still gave me the wrong item again. Will not be back to this location bad service all around !

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Ordered food for my kids and they took an hour… just had to get refunded because even after all that they still lost our food and the manager had a smug look and didn’t care at all. Avoid this BK at all costs

I left after waiting 4-5 minutes at the counter with no one taking my order. I just won't tolerate that lack of service.
This BK is always so slow, like 25 mins to get 3 items! Kinda ridiculous. Plus they let the drink area get extremely dirty, I don't know if they're understaffed but still, I don't gey drinks because I do not want to touch that area.

Unhappy that the chicken on the chick sandwich has gotten very small and thin.

nice clean fast food stop between phoenix and yuma.
Very good food and friendly service
The IGNORE - I approached the cash register, the store was nearly empty, the drive thru also empty, the employees did not even acknowledge me. After a bit, I thought, well the employees appear to be very young, and probably have poor customer interaction skills, so I reluctantly attempted to use the kiosk. I entered my order, but the kyosk was malfunctioning and wouldn't accept payment. I asked for help but was IGNORED again. Now a line had formed, and NOW the employees were willing to help the locals, but me, they IGNORED. I brought this to their attention. Their response was to show confusion as to why I was upset. I grabbed my family, and abandoned the $65 order, and departed. FOOD - ONE STAR - I didn't get to taste it, but I'm sure it would have tasted poorly because frustration would have been the primary ingriedient. SERVICE - ONE STAR - Ignoring customers who aren't locals is bad business, especially since Maricopa isn't that far away, FREDDIES was only $10 more, and acknowledged me the second I walked in to their establishment. ATMOSPHERE - ONE STAR - Malfunctioning kyosk, employees who will only attend local customers and ignore obvious out-of-town patrons. This Burger King wasn't always so xenophic and was a planned stop for all my return-from-Rocky-Point lunches. It is a shame that I've now decided to bypass Gila Bend and travel on to FREDDIES my new return-from-Rocky-Point lunch stop. Better Service, Better Food, Better Atmosphere. You can't fix this, you can't make it better and I think it is only fair to ignore you as you ignored me. But loosing one customer isn't the end of the issue, I travel in a group, and my experience caused them to also share their unsatisfactory experiences at your location, and like the idea of changing the tradition. So now I eat lunch a little later. I'm sure your employees will be happier with a noticeable decrease in weekend visitors, good job you've earned it!
Foodcame out as good as it's supposed to
