Unhappy that the chicken on the chick sandwich has gotten very small and thin.
nice clean fast food stop between phoenix and yuma.
Very good food and friendly service
The IGNORE - I approached the cash register, the store was nearly empty, the drive thru also empty, the employees did not even acknowledge me. After a bit, I thought, well the employees appear to be very young, and probably have poor customer interaction skills, so I reluctantly attempted to use the kiosk. I entered my order, but the kyosk was malfunctioning and wouldn't accept payment. I asked for help but was IGNORED again. Now a line had formed, and NOW the employees were willing to help the locals, but me, they IGNORED. I brought this to their attention. Their response was to show confusion as to why I was upset. I grabbed my family, and abandoned the $65 order, and departed. FOOD - ONE STAR - I didn't get to taste it, but I'm sure it would have tasted poorly because frustration would have been the primary ingriedient. SERVICE - ONE STAR - Ignoring customers who aren't locals is bad business, especially since Maricopa isn't that far away, FREDDIES was only $10 more, and acknowledged me the second I walked in to their establishment. ATMOSPHERE - ONE STAR - Malfunctioning kyosk, employees who will only attend local customers and ignore obvious out-of-town patrons. This Burger King wasn't always so xenophic and was a planned stop for all my return-from-Rocky-Point lunches. It is a shame that I've now decided to bypass Gila Bend and travel on to FREDDIES my new return-from-Rocky-Point lunch stop. Better Service, Better Food, Better Atmosphere. You can't fix this, you can't make it better and I think it is only fair to ignore you as you ignored me. But loosing one customer isn't the end of the issue, I travel in a group, and my experience caused them to also share their unsatisfactory experiences at your location, and like the idea of changing the tradition. So now I eat lunch a little later. I'm sure your employees will be happier with a noticeable decrease in weekend visitors, good job you've earned it!
Foodcame out as good as it's supposed to
Order machines installed with minimal employees. Food is very overpriced for what is merely on the low-end of okay. Bathrooms usually appear to have gone uncleaned for a significant time. Recommend eating elsewhere if you can.

Food was extremely salty. New street corn burger was disgusting. Chicken nuggets were over cooked and salty

Ordered whopper Jr x3 and all had cold buns . A customer came in and made a large order. A burger was missing in his order. He asked for it and the female manager (I'm guessing) spoke very rudely and loud stating that she knew he recieved his order. She yelled loudly to the back" I know you made this already, but we have to make one for free). Not a pleasant atmosphere.

First and Last visit to this BK !! I have never paid $10.97 for a "Fast Food" breakfast before. Seriously ??? $10.97 for a double Sausage Croissant with egg and cheese, small potatoes and drink ? Is this what it costs now, so they can pay $20 hr for entry-level jobs ? That's Biden/Harris hard at Work for you !!
