I was second in line at the drive thru…it took maybe 15 min to get our food and by that time there was a long line of cars behind us. They got most of our order wrong and then told us that one of the items that we ordered they didn’t have and instead gave us a four piece McNuggets. This would’ve been OK if we actually wanted the four piece McNuggets. I told them I didn’t want that and just to refund the charge, but there was so many people behind us and I had taken so long that I told them I would just do it through the app. Unfortunately, when you do this through the app, they tell you they are not gonna do anything and you have to just go to the store and ask for a refund. We live about an hour and a half away from the store.

Truly only come here if you are starving I just paid almost $17 for a bacon egg cheese biscuit combo!! I live in Scottsdale Arizona where everything is usually higher priced this was way more expensive than even my combos over there I will not be coming here ever again not to mention my sandwich is super freaking tiny never again!

Gila bend outrageous prices. Over $1 per chicken nugget! Hamburger was over $4. Rip off. Eat somewhere else....
I am a truck driver and pass through Gila Bend often. This McDonald’s has the WORST customer service plus they are also the slowest location I’ve ever been to. Even placing your order ahead on the app still has me waiting 15-20 minutes outside. I don’t blame the workers but management needs to get it together. They are definitely understaffed for the amount of customers they get on a daily basis.

Worst experience here. First off the prices are equivalent to a nice sit down restaurant, not a fast food place. $13+ for a quarter pounder meal that used to be half price. The $2.99 cheese burgers now $7. The floor was dirty. Half the staff looked like they just rolled out of bed and showed up to work. No pride. Rude. On top of that they didn’t stir my coffee and laughed staring “you might want to stir that” yeah. I see that. We actually ordered two chicken sandwiches I asked for plain and had a huge glop of mayonnaise on them. I ended up not eating anything.
