I ordered a bacon burger and there was no bacon in it. I added some rotten cucumbers. The chicken nuggets did not come with sweet sauce. The drinks were not given cups. The chicken nuggets seemed to have been there for several days. The service staff had a very bad attitude.

To the owners of this McDonald's!!What is the meaning of fast food restaurant to you folks?I'll tell you what it means to me because I managed a KFC restaurant along time ago and I've learned that a customer deserves a hot great tasting meal because that's what a customer expects from a fast food restaurant!In my days if we served cold or warm food guess what we would get bad points and a call from corporate office of a customer complaining that his or her meal was cold due to not meeting the correct temperature of the product!Your restaurant needs attention in this topic why? Because I ordered spicy chicken sandwitches and they were warm not hot, 20 pcs of nuggets warm not hot! ? this is what your restaurant deserves of serving not hot meals!!In my days we took pride of serving our customers hot and fresh food because we notified them it would be a few mins if you like to wait for your meal so it can be fresh and hot! In addition we would offer a free drink while they waited for their meal! And you know something they keept coming back because the great service we offered them. Here I would not come back because this! It is not the 1st time I had this problem with this restaurant! Shame on the name that you represent because if the corporate knew the service that your restaurant is providing they would ask you to change your name and stop giving them a bad reputation to the McDonals chain of restaurants! I'm sure they would tell you that because of poor service you are providing with warm or cold foods! ??

The line up inside was longer than the drive thru. I ordered at the drive thru then parked to eat outside. The birds will come right up to you to accept a French fry or two. They appear to be regular guests and super cute.

Like 50% of McDonald's stores, they were unable to make a chocolate milkshake for me. When they tried to give me a strawberry or vanilla shake, I insisted on a refund. The young female assistant manager was very unpleasant when she reluctantly gave me my refund. I returned to Gila Bend 3 days later and went to Burger King, which is now my default fast food restaurant, because their milkshake machines work.

Went in yesterday 03/17/24 around 9:46 pm. First of all the staff was very slow, took forever to take the order seem like they were new as I heard them struggling over the comm, as I was waiting I saw they had given the car in front of me my order which was a ice cream sundae and a Mcflurry, once the guy was handed both items and he had place in his cup holder (note im behind him and could see what he was doing) he hands them back realizing its not his, once he leaves I get handed the same items that was given to the wrong person. I also ordered a pie which I was told once picking it up that they are out and just ask if I can get the refund for the pie. The staff was so rude, and just tossed the money to us. I don’t understand what was the big deal about it and their attitude. If people dont like their job why dont they work somewhere else.

Super slow! I live in AJO, and this is the closest food place to town. I given this McDonalds so many chances before i wrote a review. I would say “well maybe today is (Monday, lol or a bad day)” but I came to realization that I’m done going there. Their fries are salty or stale. I can be waiting on the drive thru lane for 20 minutes before getting my btw EXPENSIVE FOOD. It’s crazy to pay that much for not good food or service. This place needs to be audited!!
