Everything about this location screams great customer service!! Ricardo , Shawnee, Yazmin, Gloria and Jesus were all great I had to mention everyone because the service was that good ! I didn’t have my glasses on so Ricardo help me pick the best option also he introduced the new menu items I visit a lot of truck stops as I’m a driver and by far the service here was very nice even if I don’t need anything I’ll come back here just to say hello to the staff ! Keep up the good work guys ! It’s enough driving trucks , it’s stressful at times but when you get great service it shifts your mind and make all the miles you drive worth it . It cost nothing to be nice so again thank you guys !

Went to Taco Bell for breakfast (already probably a mistake) and they only grilled one of my burritos. The other one was just raw 🤣.
Luckily I gave that one to my friend-but what are they even doing? Disappointed in the lack of care.
I was the only one ordering too 😅 Try better next time Taco Bell @ Gila Bend.

Severely understaffed. Waited in the drive through for an online order for over a half hour. No apologies for the wait. Several people have had to have their orders fixed. Seems like theres only one person working during a lunch rush at the only taco bell within 100 miles. Severe oversight by management.

It's Thanksgiving and I can't be home with my family, again, to celebrate since I'm a trucker. So I came here because I like taco bell when they make it right. At first I asked for something not on the menu but would have been very easy to make. I wanted everything that goes into a steak quesadilla to be put into a burrito instead, but add some rice. So ,basically a burrito with steak, rice, cheese, and creamy jalapeño sauce. That's it. Yeah, that went way way over her head. After it was obvious she couldn't comprehend what I wanted, I instead asked for a steak quesadilla with extra everything and a chicken enchilada burrito. The quesadilla alone ended up being around $10. They gave me such a tiny bit extra that it tasted like a normal steak quesadilla but at a taco bell that has pride in their food. So much for the holiday.
