Very good customer service

First the good… their gelato is exceptional, I had the cherry, Krystal had the Mango/Passion fruit. Amazing!
Now the bad, they offer 3 size serving cups, tiny, little and small. Of course they refer to them differently. When you see the sizes, my words are more accurate.
Then you think you’re going to sit inside the air conditioned restaurant and enjoy gelato…Wrong! They conveniently put “reserved” signs on ALL inside tables. Which means you HAVE to enjoy your gelato in the 114 degree heat at the outdoor tables.
Now the kicker, each cup of gelato was $9!!!
With tax, the total smashed a $20 bill for two cups.
My advice, find some other place to get your frozen treats. This place is a joke AND they want you to tip on a $20 dessert. Lolol

Honestly, not sure what all the hype is about. Overwhelmed and then underwhelmed. My kids and husband liked theirs- mine was bland. I actually like Dairy Queen and Salt and Straw more. This place could be so much better if they limited the choices, sped up the service and changed their pricing. It’s obscenely expensive. I appreciate the limited vegan options but I can only see going here maybe once a year- if that. Felt sorry for the 20 people behind us- probably took at 1 hour or more to get their ice cream and no ice cream is worth that wait imho.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! It offers a variety of different choices, and you can see them make it, love their rolled icecream and is around a great price! Really recommend the 212 Ice Cream Studio, and you should too!! (Great Shakes!)

Don’t need a lengthy review. This is the best. You need to try the viral Dubai rolled ice cream!! My guy is on point. Will be back!!

Great ice cream parlor best around

We stopped in (fam of 4) as a topper for our dinner out. Service was awesome. Friendly and knowledgeable as well as accommodating and patient with my father who has Alzheimer’s. The ice cream- (lavender roll and piña colada roll, straight vanilla with chocolate syrup (she tried to get as close to a dipped cone as she could for my dad), and a NYC with the Denali ice cream) was amazing. Delicious and ended the evening on a high note. Will be back.

Came here on a HOT summer night with the fiance. Bright colorful walls and decor paired with clean seating, tables, and floors was a good set up for this nice lil family business. The young guy was super sociable and kind, gave recommendations and a bit of history of his family. I had the tiramisu and my fiance had the lavender, it was REALLY good. Sorry for the scuffed photo, i couldn't let it melt!

My daughter found this place just as a place to meet as an in between our 2 homes. It was a blessing in disguise. My granddaughter (5yo) was loving it, the atmosphere was calm ,inviting and peaceful. The owner I believe (I cannot remember her name) was polite and patient with not only my gd, but us as well. She was professional and knew her ice-cream. Will be a place we will frequent regularly.
