The service was amazing and the rolled ice cream was made with Love and it is a place i would absolutely make a drive for! I only wish there were more!
This place has a whole bunch of claw games and offered free balloons and other things.

This is a great spot for creative and delicious ice cream! The owner and her daughter were super friendly and helpful — she walked us through the whole menu since it was our first time. We got the piña colada rolled ice cream and a scoop of butter pecan, and both were amazing. They have tons of fun options, and I’ll definitely be back with more family!

My family visited for the first time as a pre-birthday treat (I LOVE ice cream). As a New Yorker in AZ I loved the name & was amused by the homage to NYC. There were lots of options to choose from. Great variety of dairy & non-dairy. The owner was super kind & explained everything. The rolled ice cream is delicious and a good portion. My kids had sherbet it was good too. It is clean, fun decor & has machines for kids to play. We will def be back!

We have a great experience at 212! Customer service is top notch. The two ladies that helped us were incredibly patient and kind. They made sure my kids got what they wanted. My kids loved the ice cream and the experience. The place is clean and super cute. They customized our order with no issues at all and were happy to do it. Ordering is easy and quick. Pricing is reasonable and worth it. We will definitely be coming back for another treat soon. Thank you for the great customer service and experience.

Very good customer service

First the good… their gelato is exceptional, I had the cherry, Krystal had the Mango/Passion fruit. Amazing!
Now the bad, they offer 3 size serving cups, tiny, little and small. Of course they refer to them differently. When you see the sizes, my words are more accurate.
Then you think you’re going to sit inside the air conditioned restaurant and enjoy gelato…Wrong! They conveniently put “reserved” signs on ALL inside tables. Which means you HAVE to enjoy your gelato in the 114 degree heat at the outdoor tables.
Now the kicker, each cup of gelato was $9!!!
With tax, the total smashed a $20 bill for two cups.
My advice, find some other place to get your frozen treats. This place is a joke AND they want you to tip on a $20 dessert. Lolol

Honestly, not sure what all the hype is about. Overwhelmed and then underwhelmed. My kids and husband liked theirs- mine was bland. I actually like Dairy Queen and Salt and Straw more. This place could be so much better if they limited the choices, sped up the service and changed their pricing. It’s obscenely expensive. I appreciate the limited vegan options but I can only see going here maybe once a year- if that. Felt sorry for the 20 people behind us- probably took at 1 hour or more to get their ice cream and no ice cream is worth that wait imho.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! It offers a variety of different choices, and you can see them make it, love their rolled icecream and is around a great price! Really recommend the 212 Ice Cream Studio, and you should too!! (Great Shakes!)

Don’t need a lengthy review. This is the best. You need to try the viral Dubai rolled ice cream!! My guy is on point. Will be back!!
