Just came for some late night ice cream cuz they are open until 11:30. The service wass amazing. The girl at the window was so nice and helpful, I didn't catch her name though. The ice cream tastes amazing too! We got some concentrates: Bootleg and triple chocolate! Thank you so much! We will be back!
It’s our second time here on Gilbert Road. it’s almost 7 miles further but it’s worth the drive. Delicious custard and great service here. Service with a smile and accurate. Thank you.
Thins I love about Andy's:1) Ice cream is consistent. I've never had a not-as-good batch, and 95% of the time the order are exactly like the last time I got it.2) They are open late. I don't like how much shuts down by 10:00, so I love that if at 10:30, I get a craving for some ice cream I can go and get.Things that could be worked on:1) Staff Knowledge. I appreciate that they hire young adults, but some of the workers can drive me crazy, like laughing off things...
