Food was trash took over an hour to get food. Chips tasted like a heat lamp! Told going to get refill of water about 3 times finally I got up and filled my own water. Now I remember why it’s been over 10 years since I’ve eaten here.

I've only been there once & it was a pleasant enough experience. Food is pretty average & they were very busy. However, it felt like they would benefit by having more staff during the lunch service.

Worst experience ever. I was waiting for TWO hours to get my family food while others were already being served. It already gives me anxiety to say anything but I had to request for them to put our food to go. After the fact that they put our food to go they forgot my meal. Absolutely disappointing especially when you’re not rude at all for the long wait.

I am an avid Applebees goer and this trip was underwhelming. While our server (who was also bartender) was nice, I watched people who were seated after me get their food before me. I ordered an appetizer and kids meal, and by the time it reached my table it was barely lukewarm. The mozzarella sticks were so cold all of the cheese came out in the first bite, and neither the Mac n cheese nor fries were warm. While I don’t want to complain about petty things like the chips being too salty or my spoon being dirty or it taking over 10 minutes to get the check when I asked for it, overall this trip was a let down for sure.

It's just not like it used to be. Rarely go there now and ALWAYS check my cc postings the next day. Why they haven't added pay at the table tablets is beyond me.
