I always choose this location to go to when I get Arby's. They are friendly, quick, and never had a problem with my order. Unfortunately, Tonight I tried something new. I asked for a list of ingredients on the new menu item. The person taking the order listed all of the ingredients on it. I asked for no lettuce, no tomatoes, and no onions. She repeated it back and everything else was great! The line moved fast? Friendly service and all. Then when I got to my destination, I opened up my sandwich to find lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. I understand I am picky, but I dont think k its out of line to ask to leave aome things off that I dont like. Disappointed I dont get to try the new sandwich, I understand people make mistakes but definitely should have read the order when they made my food.

I usually get the Beef & Cheddar when I go to Arby's, and I wish I had stuck to my normal, this time I got the smoke brisket, and the Mac and cheese pasta, the sandwich that I received was way less brisket then they showed in the picture, and the Mac and Cheese was extremely salty, I know that some people like a lot of salt, and if they want more they can always add more, but you can't take it away. I also got a small strawberry lemonade, that was definitely lacking in flavor. I spent nearly 20.00 and I didn't think it was worth 1/2 of that. I was very disappointed. 😒

I ordered and paid for 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches. The service was very fast since there was only one other customer and I didn't check the order until I got home. Unfortunately the sandwiches were bare of any Arbys sauce and there was also no cheddar sauce. Just a bun and roast beef. It was a total disappointment. Luckily we had BBQ sauce and cheese at home but I will now check every order before leaving the store!

Poor the regional rep was holding his meeting during my entire lunch time. I heard everything about each branch. Very poor place to have company meeting and when your talking about performance, that's an HR thing and completely violates Hepa ethics also. I should report it.

I have a tall work van and got to Arby’s 9:55 and the doors are already locked I understand wanting to close the lobby but come on I work late and can’t fit through the drive through yall could’ve spared 5 minutes to feed a blue collar working person
