Did not get what I ordered. i ordered Special Combo Pho but did not receive any meatballs. When brought to the attention the waitress did not understand well enough to do anything about it and It was ignored.

The quality of the Pho is ok, but nothing special. The broth was thin and a bit bland. The tendon and trip pieces were huge, large enough to make the spoon inadequate. Would have prefered if things were sized similarly.

The plate that came with the pho had the remanents of basil and dregs of bean sprouts. Seriously about 3 leaves of basil and all the sprouts were about an inch long.

I asked about Bahn Mi and received a blank stare until I clarified that i was looking for a sandwitch to go. No meatball Bahn Mi here, so I passed.

Going to say its worth it to drive a bit further to get better pho and better service. This place does not justify the cost and the service is garbage.

So disappointed. The waiter was so attentive and happy when taking our order, but completely ignored us after. The peanut sauce for the spring rolls was bland, the vermicelli was flavorless and no vegetarian fried egg rolls! That's a first. My husband did enjoy his pho, but he asked for iced coffee and received it hot. Overpriced, bad service, bad food, not returning.

Atmosphere is average, and the food is really good. It’s not my style of food, but my wife loves it. I wish they would put more beef in the pho. The issue here is the customer service. It is almost not existent. They are not mean to you, but it comes across as indifference. Not a fan.

Food was good, not the best I've ever had but no complaints. Cost on the other hand was high, for a bowl of pho, the appetizer sampler, the crab puffs, 2 Thai teas and a regular tea it cost almost $70

Save your money and taste buds because,,,,,,,This has by far been THE WORST PHO we have ever had we had ordered quite a few of appetizers being The crab puffs, spring rolls, fried eggrolls, potstickers one of our appetizers came with hair on. It knew that that was my queue to get out and go still stayed. Give them the benefit of the doubt ordered spicy bon bu hue it was lacking flavor bad I had asked the waiter if I can get half thin noodles and have thick noodles and he kind of made it awkward and said no that they don’t do that here Ordered a chicken pho is was also lacking flavor and the chicken was very very dry no zero flavor also ordered a chicken fried rice and a shrimp fried rice by far has been the worst fried rice we ever ate Save your money if you really want authentic and good food pick Chandler Pho on Arizona and Ocotillo 130$in the trash basically Thai tea is lacking a lot of flavor. Everything here was not made with love at all. There’s no passion here. Nothing authentic would never come back
