Went today at 220 and nobody came out. We gave up about 20 minutes later. The phone was ringing, cars were honking and we waited. Pretty inexcusable to not have anybody even say hi! Wasted opportunity for a sale….

Came here for a sweet treat to find out it’s closed and website states hours are to 11pm

I visited this location yesterday and it was a great experience! The staff was very helpful (especially since I didn't know how to order the drink) and the drinks are great. I was able to customize my drink with the red bull fusion and it kept me energized for quite a while.

Don’t usually waste my time providing poor reviews but today’s experience has become the norm at the location and I just need to stop giving them more opportunities. We arrived at the drive thru at 515p with two cars in front of us. Waited over 20 minutes to be able to place our order, then finally got to the window and waited another 20 minutes to have our order prepared by the poor singular staff member who was also attending to guests walking into the location. Our sno was made hastily with large chunks of ice throughout instead of a fine sno shaved ice as anticipated. We ordered the smurfs sno which was supposed to come with a collector spoon. It did not. We were charged nearly $9 for a small and paid cash to which the employee provided incorrect change back. $9 for flavored ice cubes and an over 40 minute wait was simply the straw that broke the camels back and we will not be returning to this poorly managed, understaffed and over priced location.

The guy today barely put any syrup in ours! I basically paid for straight ice.
Added a star bc I appreciate that there’s a drive thru here.

Visited after minigolf date night across the parking lot. The employees working were so patient, efficient and nice.
We got shaved ice with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side.
Coconut, guava and passion fruit - very tasty combination.
They also have a couple board games to play while you indulge.
Clean store and they have a drive thru!

Google says they’re open until 11pm on Saturdays. I went to the drive-thru at 9:56pm 9/6/2025 waited 3 minutes, pulled up to the window, and the lady in a black shirt ignored us, looked annoyed, then left. So we left too—frustrating after being a loyal customer. if you don’t want people Turn the lights off!
