Definitely a cool place to visit. 3 stars only because they were out of gluten free cookies, not willing to make more and so my daughter ended up with an ice cream cone instead of an ice cream sandwich, which is what I took her to get. Still good ice cream.

Very original and delicious. Some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had. I got their salted caramel fudge with peanut butter cookies, probably my new favorite flavor of ice cream.

Delicious ice cream and ice cream sandwiches! My kids love this place and they are well priced too. Only downside is not many places to sit but my kids are willing to stand outside!

It has a fun atmosphere and clean. For the ice cream and cookies are something I wouldn't come back for. To expensive for what it is. Too sweet for some but, I didn't find it sweeter then any other Icecream or cookies..

It is so Cool (pun intended) to be able to mix and match tasty ice cream with various cookies or brownies.Staff is Friendly and helpful.They offer other creative treats as well.Ice cream is smooth and silky.

The cookies are delicious, and when I want to splurge, I'll get them as an ice cream sandwich! For me, they're the perfect amount of gooey warmth you want with ice cream!

Wow! Incredible! I wasnt expecting much from a cookie icecream sandwhich. My 1st impression when walking in the little shop was its cute, the cookies look small for the price...but then I got my gooey butter cake cookies with a gob of French toast icecream smooshed inbetween. The 1st bite was heaven. I swear I saw angels. That was the best dang icecream cookie sandwhich I have ever had the privilege of eating! I will definitely go back and try all of the different varieties available! Great job on a simple concept that will bring great joy to all that stop in!

Found this spot by accident and glad I did. They have Awsome homemade ice cream, cookies, brownies and more so yummy. It is in a large shopping Plaza with tons of stores and other food lots of mom and pop shops an gourmet foods but great price's.

Meh, not what I was expecting. The cookies tasted like frozen store-bought and I was expecting hearty homemade like cookies. However, the ice cream was decent.

Don't come alone! Each sandwich is big enough to share!

Awesome spot for build your own icecream sandwiches made with freshly baked cookies and brownies! Cool spot in Gilbert to take an evening stroll at the outdoor mall and enjoy a great dessert!

This was a unique, fun experience definitely worth repeating! Fresh cookies with your choice of ice cream in between was special.

Honestly, pretty rude. We came in to Baked Bear after 9:15ish pm. It closes at 10 pm. At 9:50, the two boys were mopping around us. No big deal. At supposedly 10pm. The dark haired taller boy said, "Just so you know, we are closed."
