I came to this restaurant to pick up a DoorDash order. I arrived on time, exactly when the order was supposed to be ready according to the app. Even so, I was told it wasn’t ready and that I had to wait until they called the customer’s name on the order.
I sat down and waited over 10 minutes. No name was ever called. After waiting long enough, I went back to the counter and said I had a DoorDash order. The employee told me I had to get back in line, even though right behind her there was a heated pizza display with multiple pizza boxes clearly labeled with the customer’s name and marked as DoorDash.
In other words, the order was already made and sitting there the entire time, but instead of simply turning around and handing it to me, she didn’t even listen and told me to get back in line again. I had already waited, and the name was never called despite the pizzas being ready.
This caused me to lose a lot of time, and as a delivery driver, that directly affects my work, especially when handling two active orders. Very poor organization and zero consideration for drivers’ time.

We were at a wrestling tournament and when it was all over we went to Barrows and it was pretty quiet which I like and it was a nice place food and servers was good always have good food and the salad was fresh

I commonly get Barro’s, I asked for two drinks and a large pizza, after receiving my drinks, I went to go fillup my drink and shortly after a man I’m assuming the manager of the store decided to snatch my drink out of my hand and say these cups are for water. I never asked for water cups and offered to pay for the drinks after but the manager was to fed up and stormed off to the back. The Manager of this store needs immediate customer service training and needs to learn some respect. I treated him with a lot of respect and we were talking at the register politely but than he came over and snatched my drink as if I dont give their location alot of business. 1/10 Customer Service!

The dough and sauce are both really good. I'd recommend adding garlic to your favorite pizza. It really adds a lot
I just went to pick up a food order placed online by my son-n-law for the family. I was greeted by a rude young girl who sounded as if she is not a happy employee. First asking what is the name on the order, phone number and wanted to see the card it was placed on. I explained my son-n-law placed the order. She very rudely replied next we have to see the card. I completely understand that policies change but there is a professional and polite way of going about explaining the changes. I have worked in customer service for many years and have never treated anyone so rudely. Customers Service is so important and if someone worked for me and treated a customer as badly as I was treated today. She would be fired.

Good pizza and mozzarella sticks as always. But this last visit (09/12/25), they shorted me 1 marinara container (usually I get 2). Instead of raising prices, I got partial shrinkflation. Pizza sizes, for now, are the same.

Really good pizza and really fun to spend time with family here. I like the pizza and the wings and the soda fountains are decent but not that good. My nitpicks with this specific Barro’s is that the game machines are always broken or a ripoff. The car racing machine is broken (as of writing this) and the claw machine is just a cash grab at this point. The mini machines (the ones with the capsules) are always a cheap toy (as expected, it’s just a coin worth) and is always out of the capsules. Overall, great food, great people, the place is a bit messy but accessible, and is overall a good place. 8.5/10

Don’t waste your money. Used to be a good place. We stopped maybe a year ago since they forgot how to make decent pizzas (pizzas are a mess, order is wrong, etc). Based on decent recent reviews, we tried again and regret it. Looks like the ingredients were thrown in a pile and sort of cooked. Got our simple order wrong again. Won’t ever go back to this location.
