My hot wings came in a small pizza box & sloppy wing sauce all over. It’s leaking & not the kind of container to put wings with liquid sauce in it.
I don’t get it. Barros makes lots of $$$ yet they can’t afford better containers for their delivery customers???
Something has to change Barros management or quit selling wings that arrive in messy cardboard boxes.

This place is my favorite pizza place. Not literally this one, but all Barro's. I would easily give 5 stars. The reason I cannot, is that when they are super busy, the quality is not exactly the same. The people are very busy and I understand because I was in the pizza business for years myself. I worked for Domino's off and on for 6 years of my life. I understand that the weekend is so crazy people don't even understand what they go through to make people happy. With that said, I have had the best experience as a consumer with Barro's as a whole. They will beat every competitor I've tried. I felt, at one time, Barro's charges a little more and I have been willing to pay it. Then.... I tried to get a pizza from Domino's and Papa John's and realized these jokers are actually more expensive when you finish with the hidden charges. They are a joke compared to Barro's and I can have a beer, if I want. Super high five Barro's. Just pop the holes and dress the wings full, and you get 5 stars.

Look I get that it gets busy but they allow online orders and donāt even attempt to have it accurate. Ordered a single pizza, wings, and a pasta.
Weāre told online it would be 30 minutes. We arrive and find out no itās going actually be an hour or more.
I donāt care that you get busy, thatās normal but not telling customers your extremely busy while they order is absolutely terrible experience and unacceptable.

Order from anywhere else, the staff at this one will treat you like trash and even steal your food then try to make excuses when you complain no accountability or self awareness whatsoever

Eh, there are better locations with better cooked food. Seems like my pizza wasn't cooked all the way through. I agree with the guys comment how toppings are little to none.

Had my sonās 11th birthday dinner here with his soccer team. They were amazing at accommodating the 45 people who showed up. The food was great and so was the service.

Usually love Barro's so was surprised with our experience last night. This is not our usual location so may be the norm here. The young server, long dark hair, working floor Sunday night, practically threw our pizza at us. When we asked for an additional plate and silverware, that too came back to us slammed down on the table. So surprised by this as the staff at our usual location is delightful. Also the pizza crust was WAY overproofed so it was like eating pizza on an 11/2 inch crust.

Pizza and wings were great, and this is an impressive and big store. Only issue was that I ordered takeout for guests waiting at my house, and it was 20 min late.
