AWFUL experience today at Gilbert & Baseline location!!! Treated my daughter to ice cream after her orthodontist appointment. The server, Sarah, told us if we bought 2 scoops we’d get a free waffle cone. My daughter got hers but when I ordered mine, she said they were “out” of cones. She put my ice cream in a plain cone but it looked like it would topple over so I asked her to also give me a cup. She wanted to charge 60¢ more-just for a cup!!
