Was overcharged for 1 kids scoop and a sundae totaling $18.64. I was told the girl was new. Happy 4th of July everyone ~

Is this really what a 2 scoop sundae should look like? Cup is half way full with two scoops and the toppings. Wow! Highway Robery! Do better Baskin Robbins!

Super clean, love the large variety of my favorite ice cream flavors and toppings to pick from. Looks like they remodeled the place and it's super cute. Great, friendly service.

Why do the cherries taste so bad?

Just spent almost $20 for a “Banana Royale” and a “Banana Split” and received probably about half of what is actually pictured on the site. My husband gets banana splits here all the time, and this time just felt like we should have just flushed our money down the toilet.

I ordered a Oreo layered sundae, and on the menu it shows the icecream going well over the top of the cup, showing that you will receive your money’s worth of food. The server didn’t even add enough icecream to make it to the top, it was almost up high enough to the lid. Was so disappointed. They are not advertising how much they really give you.

I have photos of the so called banana split I ordered and an enclosed note saying sorry out of bananasInstead of telling door dash this so they could give me an option to change my order they gave me 3 half scoops of ice cream no banana very little toppings (like a teaspoon of each) no whipped topping or cherries

Re: Gilbert Road and baseline location... Josie's exceptional service turned my Baskin Robbins experience around. Despite my initial frustration with the manager at the Gilbert/Chandler Blvd store, Josie's professionalism, friendliness, and accuracy in taking my ice cream cake order over the phone restored my faith in the brand. She not only corrected the previous mishaps by the manager at a store in which she didn't work, but also apologized for them and their childish behavior. Her dedication deserves recognition and a raise, as she undoubtedly retains customers like myself for Baskin Robbins. In contrast, the manager at the other Baskin Robbins was dismissive, arrogant, and unhelpful, refusing to accommodate my request for a strawberry cake order over the phone. Josie's exemplary service stands in stark contrast to such poor management, and her efforts have undoubtedly saved me and many others from abandoning Baskin Robbins altogether.Thank you again Josie!Dr. D

Lady working was wonderful and made great suggestions. Even let me know when German Chocolate Cake will probably be available. I can't wait. I didn't get her name but was in the store on 11-6-23 at 1130 am or so. Younger with long blondish brown hair. We will be back!

Dietary restrictions: My friend with me is lactose intolerant and she knew exactly what to show him. He chose the mint chocolate chip in a sprinkle cone

Not only did you raise your prices on 2 scoops, but you use to get nice size scoops.Now the scoops are half the size they use to be.
