Just spent almost $20 for a “Banana Royale” and a “Banana Split” and received probably about half of what is actually pictured on the site. My husband gets banana splits here all the time, and this time just felt like we should have just flushed our money down the toilet.

Despite my initial frustration with the manager at the Gilbert/Chandler Blvd store, Josie's professionalism, friendliness, and accuracy in taking my ice cream cake order over the phone restored my faith in the brand.
