The owner of this baskin robins does not like uber eats drivers. She threatened to call police and forces you to cancel orders. She lied to the drivers she will be in trouble for letting partial orders leave. She will go to the back acting like she will call uber if she can let partial order go-and calls her dei employees up there or daughter to threaten you. Horrible establishment please do not donate your money to her place she deserves to go out of business for how they treat uber eats drivers who are trying to make money.

Posting as someone who has worked here for over 2 years, and I have to say this is probably the cleanest and best-managed location I have seen. Health and safety is top priority, and regulations are closely followed. The management here is great, and the owners make it clear that they love what they do and make sure customers get what they pay for. I would go out of my way to come to this location even if others were closer.

This is the first time I've been to this location. I was welcomed in which was nice. I ordered a single scoop of ice cream on a sugar cone, but it was like a kiddy scoop that you get free for your birthday but I paid full price for a regular scoop....and there was a big dent/hole of ice cream missing on one side. I didn't want to cause a scene so I didn't say anything, but I probably won't be back to this location. They weren't even busy. No one was behind me, so I'm not sure why he didn't take the time to scoop it properly.

Jennifer the manager is amazing! I had made an online order a week before, and called the day before to confirm. Turns out my order never processed, and they need a 48 hour turn around as they are so busy. Well I was so bummed as my daughter wanted to surprise her dad with his favorite cake for his birthday. Jennifer immediately said she will make an exception and get it made for us. THANK YOU Jennifer!!!!! A cake can be such a special gesture and we appreciate you!
Waffle cone dipped in chocolate with sprinkles tasted old and not appealing. Ice cream had ice crystals. Not as good as it use to be or the service either.

Not sure what happened we are regular customers but they have reduced their scoops of ice cream to half scoops.. big bummer for the price. Not worth it.

We had originally ordered a cake for our daughter from someone and they ended up getting sick the day before the party. I called Baskin Robbin’s a little desperate and they were so kind as to be able to make a cake quickly for us so my daughter wouldn’t be disappointed. I’m so grateful to see employees willing to find ways to make customers happy these days.
