We own and manage a few Airbnb’s in the valley, and we give these cookies to all of our guests. All the employees are always friendly, and the cookies are by far better than Crumbl cookie! So happy they are expanding their locations.

I have purchased few times from this place however. Last week got a chocolate cookie and a white chocolate raspberry the corners of the cookies were not properly cooked and they felt dough-y, under cooked, too much sugar, I have ordered the same ones before and they used to be out of the world but the quality has gone down or they changed the recipe or the baker no idea anyway not sure am a fan of them anymore. Next time to step into the store I doubt.

Such a cute and clean store. I wanted to love the cookie but it just wasn’t very good. $4.99 and it really lacks flavor or depth. Edges were dry and almost flaky and the center was totally under cooked. There isn’t much overall flavor just bland and chewy. Sadly I won’t be back. I think I prefer a Circle K chocolate chip cookie over this.

We appreciated the warm and friendly service and the quality of the cookies themselves. They were good although really cold from the fridge so we had to wait to eat. They were soft, chewy, and well baked. I only wish they had a wider variety of flavors available - the options were a bit limited. Still, I'd definitely go back for another sweet treat!

Just tried this place for the first and last time. How can you charge similar prices to crumbl without having a comparable product? The OREO CHUNK cookie was almost devoid of any oreos. It quite literally tasted exactly like cookie dough, no hint of oreo because there was only one small piece of oreo in the whole cookie! The chocolate chip cookie and M&Ms cookies were over cooked. Four cookies for 16.66 is a crime when they are this simple.

I got the dark chocolate Reese’s cookie and it was very mediocre. Overcooked, I only enjoyed the bites from the very center and threw away more than half the cookie (the entire outer edges were all hard and dry). Nowhere near as good as Crumbl unfortunately.

Really loved coming here. Back in 2023, The cookies used to be made with love and soul. Now the cookies look hopeless. The chocolate chip cookie was so chunky, moist and full of chocolate chip. Enter 2024…now its flat, harder and you can now actually count how many chocolate chips are in a cookie. Sad af but not surprising. Its what all these spots in AZ do after a while. Should lower the price if youre gonna lower the quality.
