Over priced. Average food. The sandwiches were cold and not that good for the price. How many chicken sandwich places do we need? Not sure how this place will stay in business. McKinney.

Kiosk ordering instructions were not that clear. The sandwich was small and dry. They forgot to give me my drink cup and when I asked about it, the associate told me she had to hurry because she had to go to the bathroom. Nothing about this place to like. I will not be back.

This place is GREAT! The decor is next level. I never saw anyone here so I wondered how it was but I was very impressed. It’s virtual ordering and very automated. There’s an awesome patio seating with a putting green which helped my squirmy kids. Food looked beautiful and tasted great! We will definitely be coming back! It’s such a vibe!

I live across the street and it’s my second time here after the grand opening. Of course the first time I waited in line for mid food. I got home late from work and the gym and needed a quick meal , so I went to birdcall because it’s a 2 minute drive. I waited 28 minutes from the time I ordered my food at their self kiosk to the time I actually got my food for a 3 piece and a side order of tots. God forbid I ordered a drink it would’ve added another 7 minutes even though they give you the cup to self serve LOL! It was not busy at all and I could’ve ordered from Red Robin, thirsty lion, the keg which are actual sit down restaurants in the area, that I have ordered takeout from before and none of which have ever taken me 28 minutes. At this point I could have went to canes or chick fil a which were farther and could’ve been out in 5 minutes. The food was mid and on par with chick fil a but not worth 30 minutes.
don’t know if this place is very under staffed, but waited over 45 mins to get our food, my tenders were black and extremely chewy, not to mention slightly pink, my husbands sandwich was completely black on the outside and very pink in the middle, with no one watching the front the customers were going behind the counter and getting their own cups after waiting for so long to even receive cups.. so unorganized and unprofessional, 45 dollars doesn’t get you much along the fact of waiting over 45 plus mins just for over cooked raw food..

Kristy was our server today and she was the best of the best. She was quick to answer any questions we had and made the best frozen Margaritas we’ve ever had. We saw her taking out the trash when no one else would and she did an amazing job creating a welcoming environment. Can’t recommend her and Birdcall enough!

Been going here at least 4 or 5 times the last couple of months and honestly really love the tendor and fries. They make them fresh when ordered so the wait is well worth it. The tenders are way bigger than Cains or Popeyes and taste great too. I usually go for the Nashville hot but would love it if they got more spicy flavors.
