Coming from someone who is from Mississippi this is the best place to get a proper southern breakfast! My whole family loved this place and would definitely eat here again!!!!

Every time I visit Gilbert, I come to Biscuits as often as I can. The food is good but the service is excellent. Every person who has served us is very kind and very pleasant.

To be fair, I ordered through door dash. But when the order arrived I was missing half my order. I called and spoke directly to the manager. He was very helpful at the time and said he would send the remaining portion. I waited an hour and ended up calling back. After being hung up on, he finally took my call and then blamed door dash for not checking the order. Continued by saying they can't assign drivers. While the food was good, taking responsibility and making it right is just as important. I will not order from or visit this establishment again.

Service was good, we went there early on a Saturday.
I ordered the chicken fried steak, which was pretty good. The hashbrowns were bland, so were the eggs. I think I would make better at home.
As for ordering the biscuits and gravy, do not expect a large portion. It is literally just 4 biscuits smothered in gravy. Nothing fancy about it.
I really loved the interior of the restaurant, it captured the essence of southern charm.
There is not much variety on the menu. Only a few things that really sounded good to me.
This restaurant would not be my first choice for breakfast in Gilbert... but I would definitely come again.

I was dying for some great eggs benedict - wasn't sure about a biscuit place but I did see it on the menu with an English muffin instead of biscuits which I ordered. Service was fast once I got seated, coffee was good but was $4 - maybe that's the going price. I don't think they clean much - the ketchup container was absolutely disgusting and I asked for another one. Breakfast came and the muffin wasn't toasted at all. The meal wasn't cold but not hot. I asked for a different muffin and it came out a bit later. She mentioned that she gave me a credit because I wasn't happy with the meal. It was less than $1. Breakfast was still $17. I never write reviews but I definitely won't be back.

I told myself I would never come back to this place again and I did hoping it would be a better experience. I got an iced tea.The girl brought it to me.It had two ice cubes in it, i gave her my order five minutes later.She comes back and asked me to take my order again, i asked for extra gravy, and when I got my tab, they charged me $5 for it. On top of everything you got off to swat the flies out of your way. Such a dive i'm done.

I ordered the SOS, over white toast, simple enough, wrong it came over biscuits, told wait staff, She was all sorry about it, said she would go fix it, came back out with toast and the gravy yes, BUT WHY on GODS green earth would you scrape the gravy off the biscuit plate and give it back out to a customer, There was chunks of biscuits on the new plate!
