Passing through and discovered you. Really good and the waiter was fantastic. The iced tea was great and fresh thanks for that. Food was delicious. We will be back baby
So sad! Circle K has better breakfast food than this place.
I was hoping for a wonderful biscuit due to the name but nope!! A tiny hard maybe a quarter inch high biscuit was on my plate.
I ordered the corned beef hash omelet and I am thinking they forgot to add the corned beef
Husband had the biscuit and gravy with sausage and he had one tiny piece of sausage in his gravy. Hash browns were a joke. Portions are small for the price and quality. Will not return. P.S.
Staff was great.
Waited 15min no one spoke to us while we tried to get any assistance. After 4 families were waiting packing entire lobby they still prioritized cleaning one table when they had over 15 empty tables.
Food was decent, but service is horrible. Cleared my table while I was in restroom and then made me wait 5 minutes to bring another copy of my check. Won't be back
reply to owner's response:
It's not my patience that runs thin, its my boss's since I was on a timed lunch break for my job. And mistake or not, it was YOUR fault that the check had to be reprinted, not mine. Also, if it was an honest mistake, why did one of you try to blame it on the other??
Very interesting reviews. I wonder if people wake up in bad moods, after which, it all goes downhill from there. Here is my honest review. I wanted to try a new spot asked my sister to meet up for breakfast. I made it a point to find a mid rated location 4 stars to start. I've never worked in food service and can't imagine. There was no wait on Sunday morning, seated immediately. The staff was super friendly and kind. We took our time and asked for suggestions. My sister opted for the biscuits & gravy and I got Stella's Scramble. Both great suggestions from our waitress. I would have loved to take photos of the food when it arrived had I not eaten it all without so much a thought to pull the camera out. It was good. Served piping hot with a smile. We were constantly checked on, our glasses were never empty. I am not a total foodie but have experience at many establishments. You want a place that is clean, where people are friendly, where you feel welcomed then visit the Biscuit House. Oh, and should I mention the food was perfect. I can tell it was homemade the the biscuits were fluffy and yummy. My plate was completely gone, not a crumb left. We went for a good meal, good service and a good time with each other and that is exactly what it was. The pricing was beyond great. Give this place a shot, it will be on my regular routine from now on.
It took 60 mins for our food, The waitress said they were short handed, the breakfast croissant sandwich was burnt, and the eggs were over cooked. Never ask if my husband wanted more coffee. Horrible serves. I will not go there again.
Actually abysmal, my only regret is expecting a higher quality of food than Waffle House. The instant gravy on the Pillsbury biscuit was just okay, which isn’t saying much because they have instructions to follow. Rancheros Huevos? Yeah pretty good if you like bean soup. I think if I just had someone spit a loogie in it, it would provide the same taste but better texture. Really it was a great idea to add undercooked beans and over boiled stew to my rancheros. The only thing I can actually say they did good at, was the eggs. But if you expecting good biscuits at a place named after them? You’d have better luck microwaving it yourself. Place was not busy, except one other guy but I’m pretty sure they were paying him to sit there so the place looked like it had someone at least. Service was terrible, food was found in Walmart, heated up, and served, but the atmosphere was decent. Nothing even remotely “good” from this place.
Slow service starting at the door. Place was empty on Sunday morning ( not a great sign) . But gave it benefit of doubt since 4.2 reviews so far !
Burger they stated was beef but tasted like one of those veggie impossible burgers . Just didn’t look or taste like meat and very high gristle if it was actually meat ! I couldn’t eat it eggs ok grits good water for sure tasted like city unfiltered water !
Will never do that place again…. I was in the food service industry and have a great deal of respect and do not like giving negative reviews!
But sometimes you just have to pull the bandaid off these people aren’t going to make it IMHO !
We were there at 10:45 after Church.
Great food and great service, will be going back for sure, new breakfast / lunch spot!

The service was outstanding!!! It was great being in a place that has such good customer service. My server was Mechelle (I’m sure I butchered her name lol). She kept filling my coffee cup and had a great disposition and attitude.
The food was good. I had Biscuits and Gravy with eggs, sausage, and hash browns. I thought everything was good and nice portions, however, I wasn’t thrilled with the Biscuits and Gravy. That could be just my taste. So, take it as just that. My bill came to $18.63 plus tip. Not bad for as much food and coffee that I got.

I’ve been here 4 times . We only started coming here because they had sos on the menu. nobody in az has this on the menu. everytime we eat here it gets worse . so the first time it was great . the second time there was plastic wrap in my food and i found it after it went completely inside my mouth . then the 3rd it was really watery and today it was salami . not even chipped beef. it was like misshapen 100% random sized chunks of hotdogs . i’m never going back. also the metal walls looked especially dirty . like someone’s needs to be cleaning those. and there was dead pigeon outside. like 2 feet from the front door and nobody cleaned it up. it was there went we entered and it was there when we left.

Hands-down, the absolute worst biscuits and gravy I’ve ever had in my entire life and that’s pretty pathetic seeing as how the word biscuit is in their name. Whataburger has better more filling and even cheaper biscuits and gravy in this place.
