I came in to try Black rock coffee for the first time. The only item I wouldāve eaten for breakfast they were out of stock on. I ordered a sugar-free vanilla latte very low kit temp. It came out full temperature, but the worst part was, I ordered my drink and use the restroom for a minute when I came back. I was waiting for my coffee because thereās no holding area for the coffee like there is a Starbucks where you know to go get it. They sent my coffee right in front of the cash register area where the customers were standing over and breathing over and doing Lord knows what else over my coffee. And they acted like this is a normal thing to do that. This isnāt some kind of health violation. Iām very disappointed and Iām never going back. I suggest you try other places.

Terrible, be very careful if you go there because if they make your drink wrong, they will not admit it and they will not compensate you for anything. I donāt like the brand of almond milk and coconut milk that they use and I canāt have dairy. No other coffee places uses the brand they use and it taste like goats milk but I love Black Rock coffee so I take my own almond milk in a mason jar and I buy The two shots that come in a small iced latte and flavoring. The guy who made my drink forgot to put the flavoring in, so I went back to the drive-through window and kindly told him, he didnāt admit that he forgot to put the flavoring and he tried to say that I probably just donāt taste it because they only put one shot of The flavoring that comes in a sauce, but I know better because Iāve got the flavoring that comes in a sauce before and I tasted it just fine, so I asked him to just put the hazelnut flavoring in it that comes in a syrup and they know Iām using my own milk so what does he do? He takes my drink and pours the whole drink out in the sink and I said no sir, I didnāt want you to do that because my own milk is in that drink and now I have to go all the way back home to get more of my own milk to complete the drink and he didnāt offer to compensate me in any way, he was OK with the fact that he poured my own milk out. Almond milk is not cheap either so not only do they make your drink wrong but they also take from you and donāt compensate and donāt admit when they do something wrong or make a mistake. Unfortunately, I love Black rock coffee, so I guess I have to try to find a different location and drive way out of the way since this one is very close to where I live. Itās too bad that people have to run their businesses a certain way and you canāt talk to anybody at corporate and let them know that the milk theyāre using taste like goats milk. obviously they donāt care and they donāt care how they run their business because they donāt provide a customer service line where you can actually talk to a person and all other coffee places do. Now I understand why no matter what time of the day or night I go there thereās never a long line and itās never as crowded as other coffee places are. I see other Poor reviews about this place and obviously they donāt care and they donāt do anything about it. This is the second time Iāve been treated terribly the first time I took the review down and I apologize to the barista, even though I wasnāt really in the wrong but because Iām a Christian, As some of us Christians are too hard on ourselves. I decided to say sorry when I didnāt really need to, and as a result, I went back and got treated Badly again.

Honestly canāt see myself going here anymore with the new Fiiz opened up just across the street. Food was slow and low quality and its a real shame. The owner is also extremely inconsiderate to customers who are worried about the time the food takes.
One of my favorite coffee spots. Service is great and atmosphere is even better. I highly recommend.

Came here around 5:20pm on a Monday. Asked for sugar free fuel- key lime pie! I barely received any soft top (which should be included) and also ordered a mai tai fuel sugar free (fuel).. the Mai tai did not taste how it usually is made. I was disappointed with my orders. I also was expecting points added to my account considering I gave the dude at window my account infoā¦ I never received my points. My experience was not great.

This Black Rock Coffee location is hands down my favorite place to grab a cup of coffee. The staff is absolutely amazingāalways friendly, fast, and efficient. They know me by name, remember my usual order, and always get it right, which adds such a personal touch to every visit. The place is spotless every time I walk in, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Itās rare to find a place that consistently delivers great service with such genuine care. Highly recommend!
