Absolutely ridiculous to wait in line for 20 minutes for coffee. Rolled up to the speaker box said they weren’t using it and came around and was sitting in my car for twenty minutes before I got my order taken by the window. I couldn’t back up as a line formed behind me or I would have.

Mexican mocha was good, I wanted a plain bagel but they didn't have any so I went with the ham and Swiss croissant.. so gross I threw it away, they didn't even warm it up fully and there was one slice of ham.. for $14 bucks for a coffee and croissant I would expect more...and they were all out of napkins .. how...

LOVE this place! Great Cappuccino's not bitter at all, great friendly staff, and very clean and just a nice atmosphere. Wish we had one in Apple Valley, CA.!!!

I frequent this location many times. I haven’t been her for a couple of months. I ordered a latte and breakfast sandwich. Let’s start with ordering the young lady at the register is not very polite or customer friendly she acts like your a problem. Second the sandwich was not warmed up. So I just wrapped it up and took it home because after watching some of the employees giving attitude to customers and how long it takes to get your order I figured since it is precooked I could heat it when I got home. Third the gentleman next to me was waiting for awhile for his order and finally went to see where it was after watching people get there’s that came in after. Not to mention they messed up his order and the girl got mad when she had to take them back to remake it. When I use to come here employees where friendlier and better faster service

I went in to order a London fog, which is a fairly common drink, and the cashier was very disoriented by my request. Her inexperience confused me and the order ended up being incorrect. The cashier was also pretty rude and unfriendly and I definitely don’t feel welcomed in this shop and will not be returning for the foreseeable future.

Drive thru worker decided they weren’t taking orders via the “box” when I attempted to order via the”box”- which delayed the entire process. Waited 15 minutes to get to the window and place an order that would’ve been ready.

The service is absolutely horrible. I waited in line for 30 minutes then when I went to the window the guy told me to hold on longer. No apologies about the wait.. 35 minutes in line I finally got my drink. I don’t understand the point of a drive thru if it takes 35 minutes to get 1 single drink.

The woman with a dragon fly tattoo had the absolute worst attitude. I can understand customers coming in 20 minutes before closing but the attitude is unacceptable. I’m not sure what the standard is but the blenders being “off for the night” make no sense. Again, i am under the impression a blender needs to be scrubbed and ran under water and in sanitizer water. It was serving pure laziness and unnecessary work ethic. I also asked for a drink of the side due to someone asking last minute and again, no response and just took the order. I asked for a mint chip chiller iced which may have no been possible but was again served with a no and not a solution. Drinks were also made incorrectly. Wish the drinks and the customer service were overall better since customers pay the bills. So rude and disrespectful; no thank you or good bye. Disgusting.
