To the two baristas working during the rush when I came in today (7/20 around 1:30p) you guys were killing it. I knew it was busy when I stopped by so I wasn’t in any hurry and was prepared to chill and wait. They were hustling and doing their best to get drinks out as fast as they could with just the two of them. I feel for them as I’m sure they were feeling stressed but they were friendly taking my order and again hustled to get drinks out. I don’t even feel like I waited too long either and my drink tastes great. For context I did walk in, so not sure what the wait looked like for the drive thru.

To management, give these folks a well-deserved shoutout and throw a couple extra people on the schedule in the future to help them out! Overall, I’ve had good experiences at this location and plan to return. It does get busy though so definitely could use some extra hands to help keep wait times and workloads down.

Could y'all fix the sewer fecal spill in front of your establishment? Or at least put up a sign advising not to park or walk into the puddle of human feces? We witnessed a handful of customers walking into said puddles then come into your store. And yes that is 100% a sewer leak!

Brian, Grant and Ryan are the reason I go to the same Black Rock. Great customers service, friendly and amazing people. It’s the reason I pay more for a coffee. Service over anything. Great staff.
