Unfortunately this location always gets my order wrong. They have no problem charging you extra for half and half but always forget to actually give you half and half. Had to come in to get the right drink which usually I don’t have time. On top of that I ordered a ham and cheese croissant and it’s an absolute joke the amount of ham and cheese added to this. See picture below. I sorry for $15 for 1 drink and a croissant it needs to be better.

I absolutely love THIS Black Rock location! The crew—Nate, Amber, Niesya, and Futbol man(new guy who plays soccer)—are always extremely friendly and helpful.
Like any business, there are challenges with consistency, and training new hires is no small task. However, the team always takes accountability and gives their best effort.
As customers, we could all benefit from a little more patience and empathy—after all, we never truly know someone’s work situation.
Great job, team! If you come to this Black Rock, you won’t be disappointed!

The matcha was extremely disappointing—bitter and poorly prepared. The atmosphere wasn’t ideal for conversation, as the music was overly loud and the playlist didn’t suit a coffeehouse setting. Overall, not the best environment for enjoying a drink or catching up with someone.

Went through drive-thru ordered at window. Was given wrong order. Then it was replaced with what looked correct but was again wrong. Had to throw my drink away. Never going back to this location. Terrible service. Girl at the window looked like she wanted to be anyplace but there. Wasted 15 bucks and a tip on top.

We love Blackrock coffee much more than Starbucks. On this visit, we sat outside after a 3mile bike ride from our house. The staff brought our sandwiches out to us.

I always have a good experience. Hadn't been in awhile so I was glad to be able to go.
At one point this used to be the best black rock. Great coffee, great atmosphere great music. But in the last few weeks on certain days, they have different staff. I always place my order on the app. Now there’s no purpose to use the app because even if you place your order 20 minutes You walk in and they see you and tell Them the name on the order they still continue to serve the drive-through so you’re better off just coming in and ordering In person. Or going to a different black rock or actually just driving through the drive since people in the drive-through get better service than using the app or going in person inside.

I'm addicted to the Mexican Mocha. It's delicious both hot or cold. I pass multiple coffee shops, just to go there. The staff is always bright and friendly. My dog also loves the attention she gets in the drive-through. Even the basic Americano is tasty. Okay work space if you need a place to park for awhile.
