I honestly wish I could give them a higher rating, but this specific location has a fly infestation. At any given moment there are in-between 10 and 20 flies in the store

Just brutally bad customer service no acknowledgment of coming in. Was third in line and stood there for 15 minutes, ended up, walking out with no coffee.

Good service and cute place but the coffee just isn’t good. The coffee itself tastes burnt and it just doesn’t taste high quality. I ordered an iced Mexican mocha and couldn’t even finish it it was SO outrageously sweet. Ended up spending like $8 on a freaking cup of coffee because of course they ask for a tip on top of an already expensive drink. Mind you- they even ask for tips in the drive through lane LOL what?!?!? Not going back.

Worst experience of any Black Rock. Blond haired guy with mustache get my order wrong then wants to charge me to fix it. My kid works at a black rock too. Worst location of them all. I’m never return!

Would give a higher rating if they had a better system for the drive-through. I’ve been waiting now for almost 10 minutes without the first car moving. Maybe should have them go to the side so the line and everyone else can move forward.

Have been in the drive thru line for 15+ minutes now and only three cars have moved ahead of me. Painfully slow experience as I’ve watched people who got here at the same time walk inside and out and be gone by now.

They spoke through the intercom saying they weren’t using the speaker to take orders this morning. I’m sure there’s other alternatives like walking outside as other locations do. No acknowledgment or the long wait or apology when arriving at the window. Not sure what happened today, but if it was short staff - it’s morning and this location especially should be prepped.

I am a frequent customer and always go inside rather than the drive-thru. Lately the service inside has been subpar as they prioritize at least 3 drive thru customers before helping inside customers. Today I waited 30 minutes for my order to be completed, and the workers offered no apologies and were rude. I plan on switching back to Top Cup.

Literal Lifesavers here. I was in the need of a major coffee fix, thank you so much black rock I normally go to the one by my side of town, it’s awesome to see how the same training and customer service takes place at different locations. Truly commend those over at Black rock

The team was really nice, they provided great customer service and had samples available and offered to make more if we wanted. There are plenty of seating options both indoor and outdoor. Street is loud if you are outside and music is loud if you are inside good place to sip with friends but not for work purposes.
